The Palms at Palm Cove

My husband and I stayed at The Palms over the Easter weekend, our apartment had everything you needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent location, the rooms were  very clean and well presented. The member of staff we conversed with was very pleasant and most helpful. It is certainly a location and accommodation which would suit a longer stay. The pool was clean the grounds very pleasant and very reminiscent of Bali. Overall it is somewhere we would recommend and stay again. A delightful, quiet tropical resort in a perfect location, just a 4 minute stroll to the Main Street, restaurants and beach. There is also a well-stocked supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away too.

I’ll be coming back to The Palms. The location is perfect, close to the Main Street in Palm Cove. The facility’s in the apartment are up to date and handy to have for long stays. Washing machine and kitchenette are great to have. The pool was bliss. Anna, Trent and the rest of the team make staying here a breeze. They were all so helpful.

The property was incredibly peaceful, my unit 9 was spacious. The kitchen was modern and had everything you could possibly want to be able to fix meals, gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Plus my kitchen had all the little extras tools. The bathroom amenities were very nice. Most importantly the staff was prompt in responding to all my questions and requests. I do think the living room furniture in my unit 9 needs an update. The pool area was so serene and beautiful.

The space was larger than expected, lovely and lush gardens. Clean and modern, very happy with our stay. Free parking and convenient location.

Excellent place to stay in palm cove. With private parking and swimming pool, too. And the host’s, are so friendly and helpful, too.

Stayed 10 days and we enjoyed every minute. The 2 bedroom unit was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Even had a washer/dryer combo! The property itself was surrounded by tropical plants and there was a BBQ area to enjoy. The pool area had sunbeds and the pool itself was kept clean everyday. We strongly recommend staying, you won't be disappointed.

Modern apartment with direct pool access from patio was great and good location

This was one of the nicest boutique hotels we stayed in Australia. The accommodation was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The grounds of the hotel were stunning. Anna, Trent and Jorge were very kind and super friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again when in Palm Cove.
