Hilton Grand Vacations Club Palm Desert

My friends and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Anything we needed they didn’t hesitate to provide. Rooms were clean and the views were amazing. Check out the restaurant as well food was great!

My wife and I had a couple of brief stays in March. The "service" attitude seemed lax. We arrived early – before 3:00 (Better traffic than we feared!) They said they would text me when the room was ready. I received no text. At 4:00, I checked, and the room was ready. When they gave me my keys, they did not tell me which building or which floor we were assigned until I asked. Although the number was 30xx, it was on the second floor, right next to 32xy. Very confusing! One elevator was out and heavily used by staff. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, but kitchen counter space was minimal, and the bed was so close to the wall that a large person would have difficulty getting into that side of the bed. The pressure to attend a sales presentation was mercifully less than it sometimes has been. Overall, a convenient place to stay in a quiet location, but certainly could use some improved customer service!

What a great place to go for a family vacation. They really know how to treat you right. My family and I can’t wait to go back. It’s located in such a great area, with lots of things around. The weather was absolutely amazing couldn’t ask for better weather.

Back for umpteenth visit to Hilton Grand Vacation Club Palm Desert (formerly Embarc Palm Desert). Well appointed units with everything one needs. Great facilities with multiple pools (adult and family), jacuzzis, tennis courts, pickle ball court, and game room. Great staff who will help you with anything. Well located in Palm Desert - close to grocery stores (Ralph’s 10 minute walk away) and surrounded by golf courses. I love this facility and will be back soon.
