We felt this was an overpriced motel. They charge a $39 “resort fee”, I think primarily for the pool because there is not much else. We stayed a night in their “deluxe studio sweet” which had very old kitchen appliances and a bathroom fan that sounded like it was dying whenever it was turned on. It is a decent place to stay, but not for the price

The location is excellent. The units are sparcely furnished and the bathrooms are tight. The "resort fee" was a surprise. The staff was very helpful and moved us to a larger unit without an upgrade charge.

Really Loved this Place. My wife Booked it again for June. Very clean, Excellent staff. I love that it is nice and Quiet. When you stay at this place you have access to the sister property that is next door. In total you have access to 3 properties that is all beside each other. If I am able to give 10 stars I would. Definitely be back again.

One of the best hosts my husband and I experienced. We were there on our honeymoon. The staff provided extra accommodations for us. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the decor is tasteful, the furniture is comfortable, the happy hour is interesting and delicious. Thank you Del Marcos for helping make our honeymoon an unforgettable experience.

The hotel’s midcentury architecture is what drew me there. I arrived at 7pm and the front office was already closed. I had to walk my belongings to the hotel next door to check in. Normally that’s not a big deal, but with luggage, it’s inconvenient.
The pool area was great! We enjoyed sitting at a fire pit with a glass of wine. It was fairly quiet and well lit.
The room looked nice upon first glance. The drain in the bathroom sink was broken. The bed was uncomfortable. There’s no insulation between the walls and we heard every move our neighbors made. The blinds failed to keep the lights from the pool out of the room. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep.
There were mosquitos in the room and I woke up to a bite on my face.
This hotel was designed well but not built well and it hasn’t been kept up with. It’s not worth the $135/night we paid, and certainly not worth the $300+ they ask during holidays. Look elsewhere.

Besides the fact that the TV didn't work, the "breakfast" is a muffin and coffee AND there was NO HOT WATER, it was fine.

Not sure where to start...the pros, which were few - good location, seperate bedroom. Cons - resort fee for a pool, that's about all you get with this hotel, breakfast was non-existent, one morning they didn't even open until 8:30am (supposed to be 7:30am), don't expect happy hour like they advertise, they don't offer that anymore, the bathroom is tiny with a toilet that rocks because it's not set into the floor and a keaky shower. The tub outside is not private, as there are balconies above you, so you would have to wear your bathing suit in the tub. You can hear the people walking above. The suite has a kitchen but no sink, so you have to use the small sink in the bathroom. I was expecting way more from this hotel based on the reviews. There are way better hotels in the same area for the same price or cheaper that offer more and are nicer. I would not stay here again.

I never leave reviews but I had to this time because this place was great! Rose was awesome, helpful, fun and polite. She made everything so easy. Location is perfect, walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The bar and fish tacos at the sister location Azucar (steps away) were fantastic! Definitely will be back to stay here!
