Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was great, near the downtown area and we really appreciated the airport shuttle (they even adjusted their shuttle time so we could make our flight). Facilities were nice, we enjoyed the grapefruit trees, pool/hot tub, and loungers. Bathrooms and other amenities appeared slightly outdated compared to the refreshed sleeping areas. Tub was slow to drain and there was a piece of the shower head contraption broken so we couldn't change the water flow to just the shower head. Very much a refreshed motel feel, which seems to be the vibes of the entire town. Walls were rather thin so we could hear neighbors/other guests as well as traffic noise. Bed and linens were comfortable, we appreciated to pool towels. Would stay again if in town.

We were so looking forward to the pool out in Palm Springs for our stay 1st day of summer. I wish they would’ve told us prior to our reservation.
Pool unavailable and surrounded with caution tape all around.
I noticed there was a note on the gate, which said to use their sister Company, didn’t see or say the location or phone number. Front desk didn’t tell us upon arrival

Ive stayed at The Palm Mountain on several occasions and always have a wonderful time.The staff are always great. I love the location its in walking distance to all the great restaurants,bars and shops.

The bathroom was kind of dirty. Many long black hairs left on floor and counter. Toilet had urine drops on side of seat. The television only had about 25 channels and 50 were advertised. Most of the channels said no input or service. The AC was so loud we could not hear the TV. The pool has lots of dead bugs in it and was kind of dirty. There was a roach near the jacuzzi. The staff were nice and friendly.
