Amazing hotel, staff, location and very clean and modern inside. Lived the old building.

Superb location. The hotel is small but very neat and tidy. Everything provided but a staff thats warm and welcoming. There is very nice history to the hotel and has some original parts like the beautiful door. Michelin star restaurants only 30 seconds away too. Enjoy!

I honestly cannot fault this hotel – it’s perfection from start to finish. The cleaning staff were incredible, somehow managing to tidy and refresh the room the moment I stepped out. Everything smelt phenomenal, and the whole property has such a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The service is truly 5-star. Every member of staff was professional, warm, and always willing to go above and beyond – from booking reservations to making sure every detail was just right. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests makes all the difference. As a travel agent, I’ve seen a lot of hotels, and I can say without hesitation that I would recommend Summum Boutique Hotel in a heartbeat. It’s the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and impeccable service. I cannot wait to return!

We’ve just returned from our second stay at the Summum Boutique Hotel in the heart of Palma’s old town, and once again, it was absolutely flawless. We first discovered this gem last April and loved it so much that we returned again this April—and we’re already dreaming of our next visit! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every team member, from reception to housekeeping, made us feel incredibly well looked after. There’s a calm elegance in the way they run things, and it really adds to the sense of luxury and relaxation. The building itself is stunning, a beautifully restored historic property that perfectly blends old-world charm with modern comfort. It’s a joy to just walk through the spaces—so much character and detail everywhere you look. We were kindly upgraded to Room 301, and what a treat! The room was bright, spacious, and exquisitely decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. It felt like a private sanctuary right in the center of the city. The location couldn’t be better. Nestled in a quiet corner of the old town, you step outside onto charming cobbled streets and you’re instantly immersed in Palma’s vibrant culture, with shops, cafes, and historic landmarks all just a short stroll away. A highlight of our stay was using the rooftop pool which you can reserve in 1 hour slots at no extra charge. Having that beautiful space to ourselves was pure bliss, especially with the city views and sunshine all around. Summum Boutique Hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. We can’t wait to return and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Palma.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff really set it apart. The gentleman at the front desk would always check and see if we needed beach towels and recommendations - he sent us to lovely beaches we would have missed without him. The gentleman at breakfast was an absolute delight. And, the breakfast was fantastic. The young woman who valeted the car was also absolutely lovely. The room was clean and roomy and spotlessly clean, and the whole hotel smelled phenomenal. Also the hotel is a cool historic building, and in a great location - very walkable. Such a 5 star stay - everyone was so warm and kind and we could not have asked for a single thing to be improved. Perfect stay!

An excellent hotel! Extremely dedicated staff — very friendly and attentive. Wonderful service at breakfast. You feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. Modern design, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. Truly a fantastic place — I’d gladly come back anytime!
