I stayed a week at this hotel. Rooms were very bright and bed and pillows very comfortable. The full air-conditioning was great in warm Palmira The breakfast were great, served super quick and friendly service. The hotel is very authentic and service exceptional. The only thing I didn't like was that main window had only a blackout, so there is not privacy. I kept it closed as I had another window. Getting some net curtains may a good and simple solution. I checked other hotels while in Palmira, this was by far best price for what they offer and definitely nicest layout. I would recommend not doubt and I would definitely stay again.

There was a terrible smell in the room coming from kitchen.

Beautiful plants. No hot water. Shower was in very bad condition. Heard people yelling outside the property and inside. No soundproofing at all. Bed was comfortable. People are very nice.

Comfortable stay in Palmira. I arrived earlier than the listed check-in time, and they went to go clean my room early so I could move in as soon as possible, which was nice. The inside is very pretty with flowers and trees everywhere, and there is free coffee and tea past the lobby area. Staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms were comfortable overall. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the hot water in the shower, but honestly it was so hot when I visited that the first thing I wanted to do was take a cold shower anyways. The kitchenette did not have cooking equipment, so not sure how useful it would be for a long stay but I guess you could ask the front desk for it. You can get breakfast for a small fee, which was very hearty. The bed is a bit creaky. There is a cantina located a block or two away, but I couldn't hear it from my room in the back so I slept fine. Would recommend this hotel when staying in Palmira.
