I note the excellent location of the hotel and good prices. I liked the rooms, they are well equipped, there is everything you need. The staff is attentive, the girls at the reception are always very tactful. It is better to book a room in advance, but if you come without a call, the option will always be selected with courtesy. Thank you so much for your attention and tact.

I booked, and paid for a suite at the Amstelski through *******. When I arrived, I was told they had no rooms left, and that they had put me into a standard room at a hotel next door. Whilst the room was adequate, I hate small rooms, and the room I stayed in was half the price of what I booked. ******* have refused to refund the difference. After several hundred stays through *******, the 4th at this property, there won't be any more with either.

Our stay was great! Have some issues with lights in the bathroom, but it was partly solved, and additionally received a compliment from the hotel.

Very highly recommended if you go to Bukovel - fantastic rooms, great view from the balcony, luxurious public areas, very friendly service. The restaurant is great. My only regret is that I could not stay longer.

Отель с идеальным сервисом , шикарное месторасположение, персонал умнички.Мы прожили 4 дня в номере стандарт , и вот что могу написать : 1) размещение с животными , очень порадовало 2) Идеальная чистота в отеле , новая мебель , ванная комната просто сияет от чистоты 3) персонал , все улыбаться , стараются , реагируют моментально на любую просьбу 4) расположение отеля супер ! Вид фантастический на горы , рядом вся инфраструктура, кафе подъёмники 5) питание отличное, разнообразное , шикарные завтраки с капрезе , сыры, вкусный кофе , фрукты.Вообщем я имею своё турагентство в Харькове и посетив этот отель я с удовольствием буду присылать сюда своих туристов , благодарю Вас ребята за то что делаете украинский туризм таким качественным !!!

Хороший чистый отель прямо возле 5го и 2го подъёмка. Аренда лыж прямо в отеле и камеры для хранения лыж. Чистый отель, отзывчивый персонал. Вкусный европейский ресторан. 10 минут до VodaClub. Не нужно брать такси 👌 очень удачное расположение, что доставляет максимум комфорта!! Предпочитаю отдыхать в разных отелях, но сюда еще могу вернуться!

Очень хороший отель,великолепное расположение отеля с прямым выходом на лыжную трассу. Свой прокат лыж и лыжная комната. Тепло и уютно, в номерах все хорошо продуманно для вашего максимального удобства. Уборка в номерах на отлично и в целом замечательное обслуживание,отзывчивый персонал. Прекрасный ресторан на первом этаже. Не первый раз отдыхаем в этом отеле,но в этот раз было ощущение что нас попросту надули сначала с парковкой на которой не оказалось якобы места и нам пришлось парковать машину на весь период нашего отдыха напротив другого отеля, что было в целом не очень удобно для нас. И самое главное и странное это то, что мы заказывали номер заранее за 2 месяца и особенно указывали, что нам нужен номер с видом на горы и трассу N2(т.е. на парковку),а получили мы в итоге номер с видом на задний двор.При этом при бронировании есть разница в цене между номерами в зависимости от вида из окна,и нами был оплачен именно номер с видом на горы и трассу N2. На наш вопрос почему у нас номер не тот что мы заказывали ,нам ответили что у вас номер с видом на горы,а горы у нас тут везде,поэтому нет разницы куда выходят ваши окна. Для нас это оказалось действительно проблемой, т.к. в номерах где окна выходят на задний двор ночью очень шумно от тракторов, кот. всю ночь работают на трассе и очень шумят снеговые пушки и спать нормально невозможно. Осталось ощущение, что нас попросту надули и даже не извинились!
