Great location, nice property, however it needs overall refurbishing. The hotel was perfectly clean, the bathroom impeccable and probably the best breakfast I had in years, easily beating 5 star hotels. Staff is really nice and helpful - absolutely no problems there. On the downside: the beds comfort level is not too good, it would deserve better, quality mattresses - now they are low mediocre and spoil the night. Overall the place is kept well but after a nice refurbishing all 4 stars would shine in the region and would make it probably the best choice around. Now the stars are a bit rusty and some of them sad. Anyway, for breakfast, try the Liptauer - it is the best I ever had in my life (really!). With fresh bread - it is a dream come true. :)

Several visits over the past years but forgot to rate. Never disappointed and fairly consistent. Love the breakfast buffet with local bubbles. The highlight is certainly the beef tartare paired with a local wine. Though those wines, just coming from down the street, are in my opinion too expensive.

Probably 70s or 80s hotel which isn’t among the architectural charms of Rust. We weren’t tempted to dine in the hotel dining room. Nevertheless the hotel was very comfortable and to be recommended. Our rooms were large and comfortable with excellent big beds and in theory air conditioning (though it wasn’t working when we tried it in mid-May). Very quiet. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and we were able to park right in front of the hotel. And the hotel is right next to Rust’s charming historic centre. Friendly and efficient reception staff.

Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich, Frühstück umfangreich und gut, ansonsten auch sehr gepflegt. Die Preise beim internen Restaurant/Bistro leider sehr teuer, und wir hätten uns beim Frühstück eine etwas größere vegane Auswahl gewünscht. Wellnessbereich sehr schön, auch die hauseigene Liegewiese inkl. Seezugang sehr schön und „privat“. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu viert für eine Klausur im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind funktional, sauber und adäquat, der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Einzig der Umstand, dass die Bar recht früh, nämlich schon um 23.00 Uhr, schließt, war ein wenig enttäuschend.

Wir kommen schon seit über 30 Jahren hier her und verbringen jedes Mal eine schöne Zeit; so sehr, dass wir dieses Jahr im Restaurant Seeblick des Hotels sogar unsere standesamtliche Hochzeit gefeiert haben. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und die Zimmer angenehm ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage ist ein Segen im Sommer. Auch verreisen wir immer mit unserem Hund, der ebenfalls als Gast willkommen ist. Besonders gut sind auch das Frühstücksbuffet mit Lachs, Sekt und anderen Köstlichkeiten (etwa dem Walnussbrot!) sowie das Abendmenü. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam! Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist größtenteils zufriedenstellend! Leider ist das Hotel stark in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden! Schmutzige, abgewetzte Teppichböden in den gebuchten Zimmern und am Gang. Tiefe Kratzer im Holz beim Bett und Türen. Kaputte Balkon- und Eingangstüren (nicht versperrbar) Insgesamt ergab sich im Zimmer kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Frühstück und Abendessen bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr gut. Gebackene Fischstücke zu diesem Preis ohne frisch zubereiteter Sauce zu servieren, sondern lieblos mit Ketchup- und Mayonnaise Packungen zu servieren, geht einfach nicht (zu diesem Preis)

Für uns war die Unterkunft nur ein Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht. Die Zimmer sind Ok, Anlage in Ordnung. Auf jeden Fall gehört das Haus renoviert. Am schlimmsten war unser Frühstückserlebnis. Die Gartensessel nicht abgewischt vom Regen, es wurde uns nur gezeigt, wo wir uns selber Küchenrolle zum trocknen nehmen dürften, geschweige eine Auflage für die Sessel. Servicekraft war unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Erklärung bei der Rezeption- Personalmangel, was uns als Gäste wirklich nicht interessiert , bei Preis pro Zimmer 420 Eur. Es ist richtig unverschämt. Um dieses Geld haben wir schon andere Hotels und bessere Service erlebt. Wir würden diesen Hotel trotz der Lage niemanden empfehlen.

Zimmer modern und sehr sauber. Nachmittagskaffee kostenfrei und sehr gut. Frühstück hervorragend.Um 1 Uhr in der Nacht war die Bar für die Heimkehrer von den Festspielen in Mörbisch noch geöffnet und Kraut-und Gulaschsuppen zur freien Verfügung. Außergewöhnliches Service! Check in und out sehr schnell und proffessionell. Sehr freundliches Personal.
