Zhensu·Shanyin Wild Luxury Hot Spring Resort Bed and Breakfast

This is my first negative review as a Diamond member! It took 5 hours to drive to the destination! We booked a family villa, but the room was so small that it burst. The hot spring pool was only big enough for two children and the adults couldn't move at all! I came out to apply for a room change, and the waiter clearly stated that I could get a bigger hot tub! We also made it clear that if she applies first and needs additional money, we agree to pay more! At this time, Waiter A had already shown an impatient expression! But she clearly told us that the room could be changed at 6pm! When we went out to eat, the waiter said that the room was booked at 5 o'clock and the entire hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't change our room! But when we passed by the room door at 10 o'clock in the evening, there was still no one there! You can see what’s going on! Then for a room of 1,500 yuan, the facilities are at most of the quality of a village guesthouse! There is no coffee for breakfast at the holiday homestay. If you need to drink it, it’s 30 per cup! The breakfast was not a buffet either, and the room smelled damp and like a sewer all night long! It was originally scheduled for two days, so I quickly escaped! In short, it is not only unworthy but also dishonest! It’s not worth it, not worth it, not worth it, everyone stay away!

非常驚艷的一次春日旅行🧳 🌲環境： 這裏的景色非常舒服，民宿就坐落在羣山之間，不遠處的河流和柳樹真的讓人心情愉悦😀 🛏️設施： 酒店有不同房型可以選擇，都配備有私湯和小院，在院子裏下午茶☕️泡着湯池真的太舒服😌 💁服務： 服務特別好，全程都很貼心，早晚餐都很好吃😋 - 民宿拍照很出片，而且春天附近的油菜花田都開了，超美～ 附近還有寺廟、山洞可以徒步 真的是會再來的地方😘

設施：一般，酒店沒有小型擺渡車很不科學，我們需要步行前往，裏面的房間有點老火，房間裏的衞生間很冷，沒有暖氣，馬桶沒有加熱墊，不考慮冬季入住的客人。私湯的温泉沒辦法恆温，一直持續的加熱，直接受不了，而且並沒有提前告知我們，是我們發現越來越燙之後詢問之後，才告知我們。體驗感極差，本來就是去泡温泉的，結果就10多分鐘就結束了。非常不合理。 衞生：房間衞生還行。 環境：一般，沒有宣傳介紹的那樣。整體就是很普通，不值得1300左右的房費。 服務：本酒店服務是最讓人失望的，大過年的弄得我們出行很不愉快。第一，我下訂單酒店確認之後的1個小時後，我接到酒店的人明確告訴我，我定的這個房型因為是系統分配，所以我訂到的這個房間房間景色沒有另外兩個已經被訂的景色好，問我是否會介意？？？真是搞笑，你這樣説我當然會介意，我和人家花同樣的錢，為什麼到我這裏就變成景色不太好的？請問我哪有什麼好的體驗，反反覆覆就在説，他們這個房型就是這樣，説要是介意就退了。大過年的，我安排好出行，我都還沒出行你們酒店就掃興，還想讓我退單，真是可笑。後面沒辦法衹有向攜程反映後協調處理，説是給我們安排送一個下午茶。因為春節期間再改變出行也很麻煩，所以還有繼續決定前往。第二，全程和我們聯繫的都是攜程的管家幫我們協商，酒店本身毫無誠意。抵達酒店辦理入住後，也沒有表示任何歉意，就當沒發生任何事，我主動問了下午茶的事情，被告知沒有下午茶。當時我心裏很不舒服，就這個態度？又是攜程進行了協商處理，隔了一會兒給我們端過來了所謂的下午茶。我確實很無語，作為你們酒店為什麼沒有一個誠懇的道歉，毫無任何態度，全程都是攜程這邊在處理？我們主動問了晚餐的問題，説是酒店內沒有，衹有外面吃，給我們幾個電話，並多次強調不要帶回酒店吃，如果弄臟是要賠錢的，這都算了，因為過年期間，周邊很多飯店都沒開門，所以衹有一些路邊小吃，可是我們回來之後發現餐廳裏有幾桌正在吃晚餐？？怎麼？是怕我們不給錢？還是我們不配在你們酒店吃晚餐？我是真的非常不舒服，但是想着大過年的就算了。 總之，整體體驗極差，什麼都不好，還花了1300元左右的錢，非常不值。真為老闆感到可惜，投入這麼大，可是管理細節這麼低水準。大過年的，酒店也沒有任何春節節日氣氛，也就幾個客人，都毫無任何服務感受體會到。評分低還是有道理的，第一次也是最後一次。
