I had a beautiful experience, property located right by the colourful buildings , 5 min walk to white church , to river promenade, to shopping area , location is great to explore Panaji upper part . Rooms are huge , beautifully designed, with yellow flooring with designs , colour is so pleasant for the eye …. Got huge shower…. Rooms are with balcony , mine was overlooking to the river and ships …. Also some rooms have green beautiful trees view … breakfast was lovely , authentic Indian dishes very well prepared , choices of masala tea , milk coffee and other drinks …hotel has own ****** . Small but lovely museum of Goa right next to Hotel. Sunny the Receptionist asked me to write a review , which I happily did right after my trip .

Overall a good experience. Staff are very friendly and eager to help. There were a few hiccups initially with the room booking, housekeeping but the staff were very cooperative and upgraded my room at no cost. Location is great - right in the centre of Panjim. A shout out to the housekeeping ***ager, Raghu, FNB ***ager and Chef Sardessai who personally looked into the concerns raised.

One of the best place to stay at. Hotel ***agement team makes it so comfortable and happy. They help you beyond boundaries. Daisy & Aquib helped me throughout my stay. From minimum to maximum, they extended every sort of help to me and made things easy and comfortable. I would love to stay here again. Thank you Daisy & thank you Aquib.

Am a very regular customer to Crown Hotel am always pleased and very happy with their hospitality and services . House keeping is something to talk about they are very prompt and always maintained rooms very tidy and am very closely attached to the House keeping ***ger RAGHU as he is very alert and always empathise with customers and ***aging his team perfectly and next is rooms they are very spacious with very tidy bathrooms and ample water and food is very yummy .

This hotel, as it stands will be my preferred choice in Panjim. The pricing suited my budget as did its location. Before we even arrived, Daisy called us in England to ensure what room setting would best suit us. Anandeep was ensured a warm and fast check in. We had to ask for a change of room for minor issues and Ar***deep was quick to arrange another room that fully met our needs. Daisy has her finger in the pulse and definitely knows good customer service and was genuinely interested in our comfort and wellbeing. What a pleasant lady who inspires confidence that all will be met in terms of customer satisfaction. My wife ate outside and was very ill...Daisy and some of the other staff found out and were offering to assist, get meds etc... Chef Sardessai is a warm and wonderful ***...lovely to talk to. Daisy had arranged a special breakfast requirement for me and Chef Sardessai followed through and checked on our needs on a daily basis. He will be preparing an off the menu meal as per our request and you can see his excitement at the prospect! All the restaurant staff are nice and want to please you. Pratikesh, cleaned our room and did so well. We were always greeted with a wonderful and charming smile. The hotel is fully equipped to meet every requirement at this standard. Excellent location - exactly opposite to Panaji ****** belt! Excellent food! Good hospitality! Good amenities like in-house baby pool, parking. Very good and well behaved staff. Would Love to be here again.

Centrally located with wonderful views of ***dovi river. One of the best places to stay. Spacious rooms , good food and overall exceptional hospitality. Fontainhas or the Latin quarters is within walking distance .I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

It was a fantastic stay. Special mention to Mr Raghu for brilliant hospitality and housekeeping. The location and service were very good. Looking forward for ***y more vacations and stays in the hotel.
