Nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff, only small thing was that the dark blinds were broken, the light blinds worked fine

The rooms are a little dirty, but the bed was really comfy. It’s something to stay there and hit the road and get home or go to your rental.

I found toiletries and other items left behind by a previous guest. The cleanliness in the rooms is terrible.

Room floor has not been mopped in a while. The floors was black. We wet a towel and went over the floor to clean it before our kids stepped on the floors barefooted. But other than that it was a great stay.

The front desk clerk gave me an incredible amount of hassle because the name on my prepaid reservation was my full first name and the name on my card (for the incidentals) had my initials then my last name - as in John Smith on the reservation and JB Smith on the card. It took over 20 minutes for her to sort it out with someone on the phone. I've been traveling for over 50 years and this has NEVER happened. And the only way it was resolved was that I had another card that had my full name on it - a card that is for my business and I didn't want personal charges on it but I had to do it anyway or I wouldn't have forfieted the room and fee for that night. Needless to say, I won't be staying at this hotel again.
