The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the air freshener sprayed in the lobby smells bad. The attitude of CHECK-IN in the lobby is poor. Guests who arrive early have to wait until 3 pm to start checking-in. After 3 pm, the efficiency of queuing up is very slow. The food for breakfast is basically the same every day, not tasty. The swimming pool on the roof is very slippery, and there are no handrails by the pool, which caused me to fall in the swimming pool.

We have been staying here since 2021 and we have seen a lot of improvement, yet this occasion we were given a room with the worst mattress and pillows ever. The pool area was great and the staff too!

The hotel is located in a very safe, modern location surrounded by buildings and many dinning and shopping options, also there is a park very close by.
Check in and check out was a breeze, the room was well equipped and clean. All the facilities seemed well upkept. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good with many options to choose from.
The only inconvenience I had was that the hotel street flooded due to heavy rains and there was no way in our out from the hotel, this only lasted 1-2 hours after the rains passed.

It wasn't homely, the air wasn't smelling clean, it was musty from entering the hotel and heading straight to the room was no difference. The room wasn't cleaned properly but after they were made aware, the house cleaning attendant did a good job in making it smell and feel better (thanks to Rosa). Honestly, i would'nt go back there.

Staff were great and efficient- had issues with door lock and A/C, both of which were resolved by the next day or same day. Very clean! Front desk knowledgeable, helpful. Shower leaked water all over bathroom floor, structural design flaw. Overall, I can recommend this place if you want central location. Affordability and a good experience . Rooftop is beautiful and sky bar has locals there enjoying their drinks- always a good sign.
