We had a pleasant stay at Cliffside Resort, a place that truly stands out for its stunning view and its very peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The room was clean, although a few small details could be improved, such as the drawers, which were not properly cleaned.
Most of the staff were very welcoming and smiling, which created a warm and friendly environment. A few team members were a bit less friendly, so the experience felt slightly inconsistent, but overall the staff were lovely.
The food was very good, and so were the cocktails, which made our meals enjoyable.
However, the timing of the service really needs improvement. It became almost funny: one of us would get their meal, eat it calmly… and the other would be served 30 minutes later — sometimes almost an hour later.
It’s a strange and quite awkward situation, because you don’t really get to eat together. Back in France, this would never happen, so it was really surprising.
Despite this issue, we overall had a positive stay, with an exceptional setting and lots of potential for an even better experience.

Unbelievable ocean views. Located away from the business of Alona beach so transport by scooter was necessary. Staff was helpful and menu was sufficient.

Nice spot near a few kilometers from the town. Food is good and staff is friendly. Pool needs à little more cleaning.

You’ll find the best view on the island right here!
The restaurant has tasty drinks and friendly staff. We enjoyed all our meals at the hotel because there aren’t any other options nearby.
The pool was perfect for a quick dip. You could walk down to the ocean from the hotel of you’d like.

Unfortunately there was no stable hot water supply. However, it was a nice hotel with beautiful sea view.

Отель на отшибе (к нему ведет грунтовая дорога). Если у вас нет байка, даже не думайте.
Номера максимально уставшие (фото не передают)))
Спуск к морю закрыт.
В баре все в 1,5 раза дороже.
В общем, отель видал лучшие времена.
Нет вопросов только к персоналу, максимально пытаются держать его в приличном виде.
Своих денег не стоит, если только на одну ночь ради фото))

符合我對度假的期待，位置就是海邊， 景色肯定是很不錯的。開摩託車出入就好， 不開摩託的話會麻煩點。 酒店設施可能相對國內舊一點，但是比起海景我覺得都無所謂。 員工友好樂於助人，這邊人都比較悠閑，耐心溝通就好，擁抱文化差異。
