This hotel is very good, the best thing is that its bath water is very big. Although it is a log cabin, it is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The service attitude is very good👍

The country hotel is relatively old, but it is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk is nice and polite, and the breakfast is good, with good variety. It is more than ten miles away from the scenic spot, which is very convenient.

Easy access to Bryce Canyon. However, facility is old and needing upgrade. Breakfast was not set up correctly. Coffee is stale. In the morning, no water because of frozen pipe. Can't shower and can't use toilet.

The outside needs paint badly - peeling off, exposed wood. It was weird finding someone else's glasses on the floor beside the dresser - I looked behind the dresser and it was a mess of trash, candy wrappers, papers and dust.
The TV remote would not change channels. I tried 50 times up, 50 times down, and holding the down button for 30 seconds. The volume worked fine.
The floor was creaky! Very creaky! I talked to the people next door and apologized for it.
The steps to the room were covered with ice. It would seem easy to sprinkle some de-icer, or just scrape it with a shovel. Dangerous.

We stayed for one night, the only complaint for the room is that the shower was dirty. Also, don't expect to have room in the shower, its just a standing shower so shaving was a task. The closest food was 10 miles, 15 minutes away, the restaurant was delicious. The hotels breakfast was average, nothing special. There is nothing surrounding the hotel, so you'll have to drive for anything you are looking for. Bryce Canyon is about 20 minutes away

They shouldn’t be open for business. Had I known they had limited rooms available, the restaurant and bar are not open for business. The TV in the room does not work.
Worst hotel we’ve stayed in on this current road trip.
This is supposed to be a reputable chain?

It was a little run down on the outside. We had quite a bit of pigeon poop right outside our door. Breakfast had a nice selection, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal etc.

6 miles from the nearest town Penn quick, but yet the address was Penn quick. No sign on the buildings at all indicating that it was a quality end. There were billboard signs on the road that look like advertising signs. Thus we drove by it.

Perfect for our stay, close to Bryce Canyon and many trails to go on our ATV's. Loved the breakfast(waffles) and the owner is very accomodating.
