Bad room service, the room was not clean. Hygiene was not taken care of at all. Room phone was not working, low food quality. This is the first time in my life that i have seen such a bad hotel and that too so costly!

Hotel room was pathetic, as i opened the bathroom cockroaches were roaming. Wall have spit marks. Wall were super dirty. And the wine inside the room was not at all comfortable. I didn't stay at the hotel i asked at reception if you do have any other room, he mentioned all rooms are same like this.
