The front desk said that it could not be changed because we booked a special room, but the room was not stated when booking. There is no air-conditioning on the shady surface of the first floor. In the off-season, there are not many people in the hotel. Many hotels can upgrade for guests for free. This hotel is a little cold and indifferent to the lack of upgrades. The experience of staying in me is very bad. There should be no next time.

距離京哈高速出口很近，位於市區府前街，交通十分便利。後院免費大停車場，非常安全方便。後面不遠處就是美食街，用餐也很方便。賓館硬件設施很棒，房間乾淨利落，用品方便實用。商務大床寬大舒適。早餐簡約但好吃有營養，非常可口。

差勁太差了這是我住過最爛的酒店隔音太差大半夜凌晨兩點多被打座機電話被嚇一跳本人睡覺比較晚而且當時在刷**正常音量也沒有調很大聲居然被前台打電話説投訴聲音太大？你們不想想是酒店的問題還是我聲音大正常刷**都不隔音隔壁説話我們這裏都能聽到衹是沒有投訴而且最重要的是酒店沒有冷熱水當晚洗臉全程用的涼水洗臉這麼差勁的隔音還説顧客聲音大啊隔壁正常聊天我們都能聽到自己不琢磨琢磨大半夜給顧客打電話

衞生：一般牆上有蜘蛛網，大晚上一抬頭還挺瘮人…地毯真不乾淨，房門一開一股子油膩味兒 設施：齊全，停車方便…二樓餐廳味道極好，三樓早點吃的舒服…離着京哈高速幾分鐘

非常滿意。距離京哈高速很近，房間寬敞，硬件齊全，標準比較高，衞生乾淨。後院停車，車位多，也安全。酒店周邊安靜整潔，就餐方便。我所住房間浴室排水有些慢，希望排查解決。
