踏入房間的那一刻，濃重的煙味撲鼻而來，可能是由於開學季酒店入住率大增。房間中還有小蟲子出沒，而且熱水供應最初出現了問題，在與前台聯繫後才得以改善。遺憾的是，這樣的居住環境導致我的慢性咽炎發作，今天一直咳嗽不止。

我是2025年10月2號晚上23點到的這個酒店，我一家人入住的是210和212兩個房間，這家酒店極差，就是民工房，或者叫建築工人宿舍，根本不配稱之為酒店。我到這兒發現這酒店這樣，我就感覺被騙了。我是看酒店外觀照才定這裏的，沒想到這裏垃圾成這樣。我相信這酒店既然敢這麼騙客人，他肯定也不會説幹出什麼好的服務來。你們接着看圖

我是自備的床罩和被子 所以沒用酒店的被單
拖鞋和毛巾我是在酒店一層的酒店自己家超市買的
花了25元
由於第一天晚上太晚了 我開車到盤錦太累了，當時我再找其他酒店也不現實，我簡單用不太熱的噴頭水洗洗就睡了，第二天一早我問店家 洗澡水的事 他説這用的是太陽能的 白天是晴天儲能好水就熱白天是陰天儲能差水就涼，你們要是覺得水涼得給店家申請，店家給你調用電洗澡，不用太陽能。店家收着我一晚400的房費連電熱水器都不捨得用。
事後我給攜程反饋了這個問題，攜程表示店家説因為我沒有當時和他吵架表示不滿，他的設施服務也沒問題所以房費一分不退，攜程最後給我退了270元房費，大家可以問問價，民工房是不是20元一宿，最後，別被這酒店的外觀欺騙這酒店的裡邊和店家都爛透了！

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務人員態度很好，具備酒店的基本設施，酒店前有免費停車場，停車方便。但相對來説位置比較偏，對步行人員來説不太方便。但總得來説還是物有所值，性價比高。

第2次住，不滿意，計劃到營口住的，第1次住感覺特別好，價格不貴，環境也好，這次入住晚上是温水，空調沒上來，洗澡出來冷得發抖，早上連温水都沒了，2服務員早上7點多點好像是吵架，嗓門特別大，吵了有10來分鐘，
