We only stayed for one night. The personal was very friendly and the hotel good overall. The beds are comfortable but the room had a very strong smell to cigarette. They told us that breakfast was not available even if we booked the room with breakfast, so they gave us some packaged eggs and cupcakes.

在酒店旁邊吃飯，臨走前忘記拿外套，到了家之後想起來，打電話給酒店前台，前台幫忙衣服給取回來，給發快遞到家，很感謝！服務一流，很感謝！！

這次入住十分不滿意.衞生條件非常差. 第一次辦理入住房間內有上個客人的垃圾. 衞生超級差. 床上有頭髮 . 有血漬！ 服務我真一言難盡. 不想做多評價. 個人覺得沒什麼服務. 要不是太晚了 我真是….換房間説升級房型 升級不升級不重要. 床上沒有血漬 沒有垃圾 房間乾淨就行 就這麼難嘛？ 換來換去一個房間比一個房間小.主要生氣的點是還説給我升級了. 這種欺騙行為我很不理解. 最後我們真是太累了.前台讓房嫂姐姐把有血漬的床單換走了我們就將就住了一晚上. 睡覺門還一直響. 最後夾了點手紙睡了一晚（下面圖片是剛進房間的照片和客房姐換床單的時候拍的照片. ）心情十分不爽. 想想就氣憤就想打400

與麗楓酒店的緣分始於2023年三月份的北京之行.北京站附近的麗楓酒店環境優美，服務周到，性價比之高遠超乎我的想象，於是今天昨天的盤錦大窪之行毫不猶豫的選擇麗楓酒店，沒想到這裏讓我很是失望，尤其衞生，衞生間的玻璃門斑跡特別明顯，房間對外的窗户邊緣感覺都發黴了

五點多過去辦理入住，告知停電，要等四十分鐘才可以。
出去吃了個飯，九點多回來辦理，成功入住。
房間還可以，沒有異味，床單被罩還蠻乾淨的。
洗漱用品質量也還説得過去。
來盤錦玩，這個價位的酒店應該算是中上等了，整體感覺不錯，下次有機會再相見～
