This farmstay is managed by an old couple who are very enthusiastic. The rooms are tidy, clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking is available in the courtyard.

老闆、老闆娘非常熱情，小院兒人氣很旺，熱熱鬧鬧的，我們晚上入住跟着導航很好找，整個院子掛了彩燈，識別度很高。老闆娘還讓我們在院子裏打棗。自家的河蟹價格公道，飽滿好吃，我們買了請老闆娘幫忙做熟帶在路上吃，還可以郵寄到家。

交通便利，距離紅海灘景區非常近。住宿乾淨衞生，房間無異味，床鋪軟硬合適，非常有利於睡眠，睡了一覺 休息的很好。老闆一家人都非常和氣，讓人感覺非常舒服。我們到的有些晚，老闆娘還是非常熱情地給做飯，飯菜也是非常可口，自家產的大米、稻田河蟹都非常香。聽説我們想吃韭菜盒子，第二天大清早就起來做了香噴噴的盒子，很是感動。院裏棗樹上的棗倒是所剩無幾了。總體感覺：住的舒適，吃的可口，心情倍爽，值得推薦。

房間挺乾淨整潔的，老闆人很好，大清早抓新鮮的蝦蟹給我們做飯，沒給我們吃凍蝦！蝦和稻田蟹都挺好吃！
老闆娘做的菜飯也很合我口味，農家菜，沒有太多調料味，主打一個新鮮！衞生！
去紅海灘的話，在老闆這裏買小火車票會便宜一些！
院子裏可以停2輛車，停車方便！
唯一不太舒服的點就是晚上蚊子太多了，沒有給蚊帳或蚊香！一晚上都在打蚊子，大概打死了四十衹左右吧！後來實在打不動了，睡醒後腿上十幾個包吧……
建議老闆買點蚊香備着，夏天每個房間發蚊香，盤錦蚊子太大了太多了！

距離紅海灘最近的農家院，在這裏休整一晚，紅海灘早晨去更好看！屋子很大，乾淨沒有味道 空調獨立衞浴都有，院子裏的棗樹已經可以吃啦好多大棗，在地裏摘了黃瓜西紅柿茄子，都特別新鮮，一定要吃老闆娘做的亂燉，太香了 這裏的玉米太好吃了，還有西紅柿炒雞蛋一定要吃，西紅柿絕對是味道正，還有豆角燉肉太香了，都是現摘現做的，沒吃夠！帶了盤錦大米走老闆自己家地裏就種大米，地裏還有自己養的稻田蟹！一定要品嚐太棒了！別的地方吃不到，老闆兩口子人真的特別厚道，特別實在 下次還會再來的

1.位置好找，看見牌坊後右轉，遇見路口左轉，就可以看見。遠離路邊，很安靜。2.院內可停車，可曬衣服，收拾的乾淨利索。3.室內獨立衞浴，方便，大炕睡得舒服的很。4.老闆兩口子熱情，健談，熱心，做的飯菜還不錯，自家種地養蟹，綠色食品。5.距離兩個超市很近，200米不到，補給方便，周圍有飯店（淡季基本不開，還好老闆也可以做，要不容易餓抽抽）

住的炕房，4個大人一個孩子，這個天氣，熱乎乎的炕，特別舒服，🦀螃蟹真是好滿好滿啊，全是蟹黃。早晚餐都是老兩口做的，農家菜味道非常不錯，盤錦大米做的粥，真是好吃呀，我一個不愛喝粥的人，喝了兩碗粥😁，媽媽説明年還要來。

農家院位於興盛村口，一條大路直通紅海灘風景區北門入口，大約12公里，非常方便。民宿小院乾淨整潔，院內能停車。房間雖然不大，但乾淨、整潔、明亮、舒適、安靜，設施齊全，熱水充沛，衞生間無異味。老闆夫婦熱情周到。早餐一人10元，饅頭、雞蛋、米粥和小菜，都是自家親手做的，小菜有4樣，非常可口。早晨出門前還在院裏自行洗了車。總之感覺很舒服，推薦大家來住。
