預訂雙床房，中途前台打電話説房間水管損壞，詢問可否換大床房，遂同意。入住後一切正常，淋浴噴頭有個後蓋，四個邊都鬆動，水從後面大量流出，淋浴衹能湊合著用。最難受的是半夜被卡拉OK的聲音吵醒，音樂的震動可以通過枕頭傳遞過來，唱歌從凌晨1點多一直到凌晨5點40左右，起床洗漱退房，這個酒店衞生還行，住宿二樓，酒店沒電梯

我跟老公出去旅遊的，第一，廁所連個紙都沒有，我自己自備的，第二服務態度太差，我問有停車位嗎，他説不提供，自己找，我在定酒店時候寫着免費車位，要不我定他幹嘛啊，第三，早上我們還沒起床， 有人敲門，説查房，嚇死我了，我以為怎麼了，後來我老公出去看的，是有人捉弄人，安全設施太差，太失望了，昨天包入住那個女前台比誰都橫，太***了，建議酒店培訓一下吧

告訴收拾一下房間，兩天沒收拾。晚上回來問前台告訴我下班了，説可以換個無窗的房間，開玩笑呢？我有窗户的不住換你個沒窗户的？用換房間威脅我？好好説也就算了，説話態度還惡劣，差評拜拜。

説實話不是很滿意，沒有電梯衹能走樓梯拿着行李不方便。衞生間臭味很大直沖鼻腔，排風扇嗡嗡的很吵，電視機衹能看網絡節目不能看衞視台，衞視台衹能試看半小時 想再看就要付費充會員。孩子想看中央五的大運會開幕式直播看不了。本來想住兩晚，住了一晚就果斷退了。
