The hotel was excellent really clean. Staff were lovely and the food was excellent. Only downside bit far from any towns an hour to Heraklion and also Chania but great little village and harbour in Pornarmos walking distance from the hotel

My friend and I stayed at kirki village for 11 nights and we had a great time. We were welcomed warmly and got help with everything we needed during the stay. The hotel is really cozy, clean, beautifully constructed and the staff are all so friendly. For a good mood you wanna stay with Dimitris & Giorgos! :)

So charming, amazing friendly staff, Brilliant service, great food, comfortable clean room with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Hidden gem and handy for exploring East or West Cretan coast.

Kirki Village is our favourite holiday spot. My wife and I are now in our sixties, and have travelled to many holiday destinations over the years. Nowhere has the cleanliness, fine food, comfort and ambience of Kirki. This was our 2nd visit. We came back this year because we had such a great holiday in 2022. July 2023 was even better. The rooms here are spotless, cleaned daily. The housekeeping team will happily accommodate every wish. We dined at the hotel restaurant evey morning and evening (most lunchtimes too). The food is beautifully cooked and presented and extremely reasonably priced. Anastasia and her restaurant team are the very best. George is the friendliest, most knowledgeable bar manager we know. The small and friendly bar is at the heart of the complex. We spent many a happy night here. You MUST try the cocktails, especially the Greek Mojito. Dimitris organises trips , car hire and hotel entertainment. He really is a 1st class guy who helped us so much. Kostas looks after day-to-day maintenance and will go out of his way to ensure you comfort. Overall, Crete us beautiful island with a fantastic climate. But Kirki Village raises the bar. We cannot wait to go back jn 2024.

This hotel really felt like home from day 1. Spotlessly clean, and well maintained, the rooms and common areas were cleaned every day, and a change of bedding and towels every two days. The staff... I cant find the words to describe such lovely warm welcoming and kind people. Shout out for George, Maria, Anastasia, Costas, Dimitris, Albie and the others who's names we didn't catch. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location, about 3-400 metres from the sea was fine. Some rooms have a sea view. Access to most rooms will involve climbing stairs, so consider this when booking, the hotel will do their best to accommodate you. Food is excellent, and theres always a good choice. The bar area is informal and relaxed, with live entertainment twice a week. We met some amazing people during our stay, from the UK and Europe, the hotel has a very international feel about it. The village of Panormos is beautiful, very friendly with a good choice of shops and tavernas, it has a safe, calm, friendly family vibe about it.

The best trip! 3 of us went on a best friends trip and we couldn’t have expected it to be so perfect and EXACTLY how we wanted it to be. The staff at Kirki are an absolute dream, the kindest. The food is always so good and changing from evening to evening. The atmosphere is just so friendly and so relaxed, it felt like home away from home. Our flight wasn’t until really late in the evening on our last day and they kindly let us have the room for the rest of the day which made our holiday feel longer. Short walk away from the village with the beach and a few bars and restaurants. Easily booked an excursion. Was just the ultimate dream girls trip! Loved it, thanks Kirki gang. Lots of love from the English girls in room 1!

The hotel is nice and you have some really resturants close by! Enjoyed the stay! Can really recommend booking an excursion through Dimitris, great experience at great prices! We went to Samaria and it was 10/10

We all had the most amazing holiday with family and friends. There was nothing at all that we could fault. The rooms were spotless and so was all around the complex . The staff were so very warm and friendly especially George . They all really looked after us . There is so much to write !! Will definitely visit again x

Kirki Village is a lovely hotel in the small village Panormos. The atmosphere in this hotel is warm and family-like. We have stayed here several times and it always feels like coming home. The rooms are spacious, they are cleaned every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they all work very hard to make your holiday unforgettable. The food is very good, you can choose from different dishes all the time. They also provide vegetarian meals. The Greek night with the music, singing and dancing is great. From the hotel you walk straight into the village, down in the village are some small beaches. At the main road you can take the bus to Heraklion, Rethymnon and Chania so it's also well located to explore the island. We want to thank everyone from the Kirki Village staff for the fantastic holiday we had with them. We certainly hope to go back soon.
