The hotel room was clean, tidy, quiet, spacious and with good city view. The service was a bit slow when asked to repair the sinkhole (not a big deal anyway, can be improved). No kettle in the room created inconveniences when need to make some hot drinks during late night (unless you don’t mind to go all the way down to the lobby and boil hot water by yourself). The surrounding of the hotel - day time was fine, but a bit too quiet or feel unsafe at night especially after 9.00pm. However, the hotel frontline receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Good service, but the hotel lacks many features. For example, the rooms we booked didn't even have bedside tables. There's no phone to contact reception if needed, and on hot days, there's no ice for guests if they want a cold drink in their room. We bought drinks at the supermarket and had to drink them warm, in the middle of the summer heat. We're used to the Ibis chain in various countries, but this Ibis Budget Port de Pantin was a disappointment.
