入住前會電話提醒當地氣温、房間選擇、是否提前開啟空調，感覺服務到位！衞生間有浴缸和一次性用品，乾淨衞生，床品潔凈，就是地毯有些舊了。前面評論的門響問題沒有碰到，可能房間不同。感覺温度可以，沒開空調，空調噪音不做評論，但是聽到有客人因空調噪音大換房間的。樓下不遠有夜市，餐廳、水果攤、菜市場都有。早餐味道不錯，看到工作人員也在用餐，品種也較多。

優點：
性價比高，離火車南站很近，交通方便，熱鬧很有煙火氣，乾淨衞生沒異味兒，服務態度很好！
缺點：
1、有點慢：電梯衹有兩個，速度又很慢，幸虧住4樓，每天走樓梯上下樓；
2、有點薰：周邊燒烤味兒太濃，
3、有點鬧：衞生間排風扇聲音太大，像轟炸機，
4、有點少：早餐種類有點少尤其是葷菜，好在每天都在換花樣不重複。
希望能夠改進

這是仁和地區高規格的酒店吧，非常滿意，房間温馨，幸福指數高，前台熱情、周到。本想體驗一下，結果繼續住這裏，購物、吃飯都方便。

四星級酒店，除了服務其他的真沒有什麼了，房間設施一般。早餐少的可憐，跟好一點的連鎖快捷酒店差不多。唯一的好評是入住後客房大姐就去給房間放了加濕器，態度很好，否則真想給低分，還不如前一天晚上住的三星級南山賓館。不知道哪來的勇氣標300多的價錢

廁所有浴缸，洗澡要站到浴缸裏面，老年人不方便，早餐不怎麼好，熱菜做得不好，相比糕點好點點，工作人員服務挺好的

代客户訂的，客户退房當天沒時間去開報銷憑證，第二去發票時，我把攜程訂單給他們看，開始她們還不認，必須叫我把入住人的姓名報出來，才給開發票，態度還及差，有個稍高的服務員看到我有些生氣了，甩了一句話給另一個，好多錢，開給他就走了，唉，消費了開個發票整得我不高興

很滿意1️⃣位置佳，打車10多分鐘可到火車南站、三線博物館，步行15分鐘可到煙火仁和街區、仁和農村客運站（可坐車到金沙江大峽谷，迤沙拉），樓下就是仁和夜市，旁邊就是仁和廣場；2️⃣服務好，酒店服務人員都很熱情，早餐也很豐富，米線味道不錯，大坨牛肉軟糯入味；3️⃣雖然設施稍顯陳舊，但打理的乾淨整潔。房間也貼心的準備了一次性馬桶墊和浴缸套，在外遊玩一天可以美美的泡個熱水澡👍🏻。
不過有一點建議，早飯沒有加熱設備，稍微晚點過去，早飯都冷了，希望能改進。

離燒烤街近吃飯方便，房間稍大些有浴缸，客房服務人員很熱情。但酒店硬件確實太老舊了，布藝沙發有痕跡，窗户小不透氣，開空調沒冷氣，一晚上熱得睡不好，和翻新裝修後的南山賓館差太遠了。
