We got to the hotel early but they put our bags in storage and gave us passes to the hot springs across the street. We checked in and our cabin was very clean and had extras - a water cooler, shampoo, and plenty of towels. The same hot water that filled the pools in front of our room also heated the floor of our cabin! The food was very good and breakfast was included. The hotel called a taxi for us and it was $50 for a 1.5 hour ride to Quito ($40 to the airport). Great experience.

The environment and facilities are not luxurious, but very refined and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and the whole family looks forward to returning.
