Very polite and helpful check in staff member. He helped me with my bag (I use a crutch) and let me know where there were places to eat; he recommended a food truck that had great food at a great price.
Didn’t use the showers but the bathroom was very clean as was the whole floor I was on. A fair amount of steps to get to my room but the hostel location was walking distance to the ferry and many shops and restaurants.

Was fantastisch, erg vriendelijke mensen, maar: ben de 28e uitgegleden door een waterkek van biven af douche, mijn pols behoorlijk ( in ieder geval) gekneusd, werd niet serieus behandeld, handdoekhe neer gelegd en ik moest smeken voor ijs om te koelen ( man) Een van de vrouwen gaf me wel ijs
Nu; 1 week later: kan mijn hand nog steeds niet gebruiken
Ook: lekkage in de dorm, idem Wordt niet serieus genomen, ook daar maar een handdoek neergelegd en na weer benoemen: niks, dus zelf maar droge doeken gepakt en de doorweekte in hen hok gegooid
Erg jammer, want was verder goed
Had uiteraard gelijk een dokter moeten laten roeoen en hen katen betalen, achteraf gezien
Nu: mijn bikini broekje hangt er nog, willen ze niet even opsturen, zelfs niet als ik betaal
Vervelend allemaal, want was verder uitstekebd, alhoewel ik het enige krakende bed had en 11 nachten niet heb geslapen

Given the price, we didn’t have high expectations, but we were still shocked. It all started quite well — when we arrived early in the morning, we were allowed to leave our luggage and go for a walk, which seemed promising. However, our optimism quickly disappeared when we picked up the room keys. The entire place smelled musty — the hallway, the room, even the dining area. Even the towels had that damp, unpleasant odor. The walls and doors are paper-thin, so you can hear absolutely everything happening in the corridor. The so-called “breakfast” consisted of a few slices of baguette and some cheap jams — honestly, it was a joke. We’re just glad we stayed only one night. Never again — next time, we’ll happily pay a bit more for a proper hotel!

This is a great location to get to the Ferry…the Breakfast is wonderful. Most of the Staff is very good. The bedroom and all is clean and good. I had a problem with my bed it seems like there are wires out and when I got up I got hurt in my head from the lower bed… this was my third night there and this is the first time it happens… they need to check on this… I also had a problem with a Staff Member… sometime in the future I will let them know… other than that is very good
