"Pros: The location is only a short walk to the ferry, cruise terminal, markets, restaurants and shops. If you are only sleeping there and can sleep through pumping music until the early hours it is convenient. If you want to enjoy any amenities like a restaurant for lunch stay elsewhere Con’s: There is no place to hang whilst you are waiting to check in. There is a coffee shop on ground floor. But I don’t travel to Tahiti to expect that is the only space available. We had planned to go to the restaurant for lunch but it was closed for a private function The lobby is a small area crowded with dozens 100? Bags stacked up waiting to check in or depart. We were told firmly check in is 3pm so your room can’t be ready until then. Really? at the stroke of 3 they will wave a manic wand and every room will suddenly be cleaned! There is no pool. The rooms look out to the Road and commercial terminal blocks most of the view we thought we’d paid for. The lifts are crowded with locals? Visiting the roof deck which was so loud into the morning we couldn’t sleep."

"Brand new hotel, opened in Dec 2025. Rooms are totally equiped with glasses, plates, cutlery, mugs, tea towel, kettle, fridge, and microwave, even a kitchen sink! Terrific A/C cools fast, fantastic bathroom fixtures, great water pressure, hair blower, shampoo and conditioner. Cute seating area, also desk and seat under TV. Only drawback was overpriced breakfast at xpf 3,500 each. But lots of places around to eat, including the Public Market."

"I don't normally do shared bathroom but this was a last-minute booking as my hotel reservation fell through. As long as you don't mind shared bathroom, it's a great place to stay. Reception is super friendly, the room is modern, clean and comfortable. I didn't live how the shower turned off every few seconds."

"Very good 5-night stay in this apartment, very well located, 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, the cathedral....in a neighborhood that is not afraid, Firmin bakery just downstairs, very practical. The renovation of the building seems to have been redone recently, certainly the common areas and the apartment itself would need a refresh (especially the fridge to change) but hey it was clean and functional, with a little more dishes it would be perfect, the small balcony is appreciable with tables and chairs The rooftop pool is great, well maintained, there are no seats but a deck on which you can put your towel. just downstairs from the building on Prince Hinoi Avenue, bus stop which allows you to go to the Lafayette and Pointe Vénus beaches in 15 minutes. Carlos, the owner, came to pick us up at the airport and put us in touch with a reliable and punctual taxi to take us back to the airport very early on the day of our departure. He helped us out upon our arrival by taking us to sort out a problem with a car rental company. We had a very good communication with him beforehand, and he was available to help us plan our stay."

"Very polite and helpful check in staff member. He helped me with my bag (I use a crutch) and let me know where there were places to eat; he recommended a food truck that had great food at a great price. Didn’t use the showers but the bathroom was very clean as was the whole floor I was on. A fair amount of steps to get to my room but the hostel location was walking distance to the ferry and many shops and restaurants."

"It's about a 10-minute walk from the pier. There's a supermarket right at the intersection. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. There's a swimming pool right at the entrance. There are free-range chickens in the yard."
