The good…all English sockets in room, clean sheets and towels every day, easy check in and food on arrival, never failed to find something to eat, spa facilities great value and good service, and must give a shout out to Angela in the restaurant, very pleasant and always up for a laugh and chat. Not so good…building site to the left of the complex, starts early, we had a studio room and I personally found a lot of light pollution in room from tv stand by( turned off) light from Aircon unit(had to cover it with something) kitchen blind not blackout and the curtains across patio window ok but could be better, so coupled with uncomfortable bed ( spare duvet used as mattress topper) meant I was awake quite early, which is not what I’m looking for on holiday, a lie in would have been great. Water when showering can be ok one minute then be quite uncomfortably hot then back again, not enough hangers , luckily I saw this in a review and took some with us. For ladies with a lot of hair take your own dryer as the one in the room is too hot unless you press the cool shot button to keep it from burning your head. Also found ourselves restocking our own tea and coffee in room and bought milk from the shop. Again I’m aware this hotel has recently reopened and is moving forward under new ownership so if they listen to reviews this will help retain and attract new customers.

We booked this hotel last minute as our previous holiday to protarus got cancelled, so wasnt much to choose from, was abit sceptical at first reading the reviews and how cheap we got the holiday for. Arrived at 11.30pm and on check in was each given plates of food which was lovely, we couldnt fault this hotel staff were really pleasent(apart from one young man at pool bar never smiled) my 2 daughters are both ceoliac but still managed to find something for them to eat everyday. Breakfast wasnt the best, snack bar was great, more meals then snacks i thought, fresh salads, jacket potatoes, burgers & fries, pizza's and pasta dishes. The evening food was nice different every night, loved the soups. We only ate in the dining room in the afternoon once and couldnt fault it.3 outdoor pools we like that there was a volley ball pool which the kids loved and us adults to be honest. lots of sunbeds so we never had a problem getting one, Rooms spacious and clean good aircon, given bottles of water and fresh towels everyday. Only negative- Entertainment could have been abit better the kids club was the most entertaining, would have liked seeing more acts on. Beds were quiet hard Drinks given in paper cups through day i understand but on a evening could of at least used plastic. Not best location but only a short bus ride into the harbour and Coral Bay. Overall i would definately book again.

We booked this hotel because it looked like a great price for what we were getting and this was definitely the case! Considering this was their first season as an Atlantica Hotel, there wasn’t much to fault it! All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming and nothing was ever too much for them. During an evening meal, there wasn’t any white baguettes so we asked if they had any and they went and baked a new one for us! Their service was unbelievable and I would 100% return to this hotel. Big shout out to Theopholis on reception who was so lovely and helpful and helped us with anything we needed. All queries and questions were never too much and he was a delight! Another shout out to Yiannis who made our experience so amazing and special. Always asking for feedback and getting anything we needed for us. He is doing an amazing job at the hotel and was so lovely! Always around helping everyone and we couldn’t thank him enough. The food was great with a different selection at every meal (other than breakfast) however I do think there could’ve been more options at the buffet for fussy eaters at every meal instead of just some. With that being said though, there was the snack area near the bar where you could order a freshly made meal from a menu (pizza/burger/pasta/jacket potato/salads/kids meals and more) which was all included in the all inclusive package which I thought was a great touch. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels put out. Fridges restocked with bottles of water & plenty of soaps available. The rooms were a great size with plenty of storage and private balconies and the bathrooms were very modern. Great pool with great sea view and plenty of sun loungers. Free towels per person which were changed every 2 days. Positives -Amazing & friendly staff -Great food -Free safe included -Free pool towels -Bottled water -AMAZING ice cream -Great drinks -Spacious & clean rooms -Huge pool -Allows inflatables -Nothing is ever too much for any staff Improvements to make it even better -Entertainment could’ve been better - Kids disco was the same every night and all of the evening entertainment was too late (kids disco 8:30 & adult entertainment 9:45) - day time could’ve been better if they went round and asked if everybody wanted to join in instead of just saying it done the microphone - KOUKOU MOVE was the best part of the entertainment! -No plugs for the bath so showers only -Baths were a little on the narrow side -More food for fussy eaters at all buffet meals -Allocation of sun loungers for duration of stay -Not all sun loungers followed the sun so a lot of them had to be swung out -Start tea/dinner time earlier than 7pm (6/6:30 would’ve been better) Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a great holiday experience with family/friends at an affordable price! Absolutely delighted with our experience!!

Amazing hotel upon arrival we received plates of sandwiches, cake and fruit as the restaurant had finished for the day we were shown to our room it was very spacious with a separate bedroom lots of wardrobe space a free safe to use and a fridge with water in it both the living area and bedroom had fantastic aircon wich was very much needed and it was spotlessly clean the hotel had a very chilled/relaxed atmosphere there was no rush for sunbeds as there was pleanty for everyone the food was the usual all inclusive but very nice the pool bar snack bar food was also very good with s very good choice to order from the drinks from the bar were all good the kids especially loved the purple alien mock tail . The views from this hotel are amazing something you will never get tired of looking at and the sunsets are even better the pools are lovely with lots of room for everybody all in all a perfect holiday we would definitely visit again .

We booked last minute to visit Akteon and we were pleased with our choice. When we arrived we were offered a selection of sandwiches, cake and fruit and a welcome drink which was a nice touch at midnight. Although the end of the season was rapidly approaching, the hotel was well maintained with plenty of staff around and our room was cleaned well and towels changed every day with a couple of liters of bottled water. The food was as expected for all inclusive, there was always something to eat but some days seemed better than others but very much down to personal taste. The snack bar made food to order throughout the day and had a decent menu for a snack bar. The bars were good - serving all inclusive from 10am-midnight and then chargeable drinks until 1am. They do use paper or plastic cups outside during the day and evening but that didn’t bother us and is completely understandable. The staff were very hit and miss, Natalia and a young man on the pool bar during the day were great, always chatty and appearing happy to be there, but others didn’t even crack a smile. The entertainers all did a great job despite the numbers dwindling, they made sure there was something for everyone, it would’ve been nice to have more going on but they did say they were normally a team of 5 but were only 3 this year. We would return and loved the hotel, it was just a shame that a small minority of the staff let it down, I get everyone has bad days but to feel like an inconvenience when you’re paying to be there wasn’t great - but the vast majority of the army of staff were great!

Although the end of the season was rapidly approaching, the hotel was well maintained with plenty of staff around and our room was cleaned every day. The food was as expected for all inclusive, there was always something to eat but the choice was getting less as the week went on, for example they ran out of bacon for breakfast and there was no more stock arriving. The snack bar made food to order throughout the day and had a decent menu for a snack bar. The bars were good - serving all inclusive from 10am-midnight and then chargeable drinks until 1am. Unfortunately they began to run out of paper cups, which meant adults drinks were served in small child size cups around the pool. The staff were very hit and miss, Natalia and a young man on the pool bar during the day were great, always chatty and appearing happy to be there, but others didn’t even crack a smile. The entertainers all did a great job despite the numbers dwindling, they made sure there was something for everyone. I was really worried after seeing some reviews on this hotel but honestly I couldn't disagree more with them. I don't know how this hotel is only rated a 3star! The food for an all inclusive is absolutely amazing, if you struggle to eat here you must live off very basic boring food! Their is always something for everyone. The meat whether it was beef/pork/chicken was absolutely incredible and the lamb on the Cypriot/Greek night was out of this world. The pool is very big and so clean (a little cold at first but was amazing when it got too hot to sit out to cool off) the staff were amazing and very helpful. The pool bar was fantastic and the food available there was fantastic. Wraps/pittas/pastas/burgers/pizza/chips/salads you literally had too much to choose from! The drinks available on the all inclusive were fantastic to, cold coffees/liptons iced tea and the cocktail list was also great! We paid for a sea view and watching the sunset on an evening from the balcony was priceless. The rooms were immaculate with fresh bottled water replenished every day. We had a late pick up on day of departure and was told we could use the free courtesy room if we just went and prebooked on the morning of departure which we did which was great. Oh we also got towel cards for the pool which was also a fab added touch! All in all I honestly can't get over how incredibly fab this place is. There isn't much about however if you don't mind a 10 minute walk you can get to a few cafes/bars dotted about or the main road where there's a bus service to the harbour or coral Bay which isn't much of a cost at all! We will definitely be returning to this wonderful place and couldn't recommend it enough as a family of three

I’ve stayed at several nice places in Paphos, but this one has the views, the space and the hospitality. It’s a smaller hotel, but at the time of writing I was surprised to hear it was full. Plenty of free sun loungers, a well stocked snack bar menu (the best I’ve seen) along with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were kept very clean and towels replaced daily. Upon arrival (after midnight), we were greeted with sandwiches, fruit and cake, along with a drink. Very nice touch. The team here work very hard and support each other. It was nice to be greeted by the same smiling faces each day. Special thanks to Russi who went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and kept in drinks. He’s an absolute credit to Akteon and I hope next time we’re here, he’s had the promotion he deserves.
