Lovely hotel excellent bar staff reception cleaning and breakfast staff. The only thing that lets this modern bright friendly hotel down is the pool area. Sun beds are atrocious need to invest in mattresses concrete around the pool un inviting.

I came on my own for two weeks on half board, staying in a superior studio room. From the online wide angle photos of the room, it looked wider (counting the floor tiles) than what I had. The WiFi was fast, room clean and tidy. The kitchenette only had a fridge, small microwave and kettle. A toaster and/or hotplate would be nice. Not much in the variety of TV channels if you are the type that stays in with the AC on all day. Breakfast was OK and does not change much. The omelette was plain each day. Dinner for me in a 3* hotel was very tasty and nice. Buffet style and changed each night. Cold and hot dishes with all the trimmings. No drinks provided unless ordered from the bar at cost. All staff were friendly and helpful during my stay and no complaints from me. I would recommend this hotel for ease of getting around Pafos or further as the buses run often from outside. Not much traffic at night if your room overlooks the road.

We stayed here for 10 days in Sept 23 as a couple. After reading reviews online regarding the grim around the pools I had tried to change hotel but was unfortunately too late. This was an issue for us and the pools do look pretty unsightly due to the grime around the edges. I’ve never seen a hotel with a pool with grime this bad before. The pool areas themselves were not unclean, and the rest of the hotel including the pools were cleaned spotlessly but the actual pools are not. I did wipe the grime in the second pool and it comes off, so just a really good empty and scrub would do the trick in restoring the pools. The bigger pool is a Lino covering it and it all just needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, they’ve also now erected a big wall around the edge of the pool which blocks the view from the rooms and also removes the openness it displays on the website - the two pools are much more separated than can be shown online - we booked via Jet2. I raised this to them along with my pool complaints and was told images will be updated. The pool area is VERY quiet, everyone seems to leave early afternoon and then there is like 5 people left and no atmosphere. The pool bar shuts pretty early too at like 3pm - we didn’t go out of season either we went early Sept. The reviews all say you are right in the middle of everything and technically you are. However if you are a bit younger and looking for a younger scene, you need to be closer down to the harbour and this area is just generally much more picturesque than sitting next to a main road getting your food like you would be on King of the Tombs road. I wouldn’t recommend.

A very decent mid range hotel. Located in a central position for getting about. The 615 bus travelling from Paphos Harbour to Coral Beach, has a bus stop 100yds from the hotel (1.50 euros anywhere). The room 430 had a separate bedroom with two twin beds, and a quiet nice view from the balcony to the sea 150yds away. Breakfast is not totally great but it fills a gap. Friendly pub across the street (The Pit Stop). Big thanks to the gentleman at reception for his assistance when my friend lost his passport. I would definitely return.

Just return from a 10 night bed and breakfast holiday at the Princessa Vera. We had a very nice time there. The moment we arrived we were given a warm welcome by the lady on reception and throughout our stay all the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel/apartments are ideally situated in Paphos, close to all amenities and the coastal path. Rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast we had was really nice, with a variety of choices. I am happy to recommend this hotel for holiday makers who wish to stay in Paphos.

Stayed at the end of October beginning of November for a week. Would highly recommend, the hotel very clean in a great location, 15 minutes to the harbour, 5 minutes to the beach and the new coastal path the harbour. Also around 25 minutes walk to the old town, which is worth a visit. The room is very clean and comfortable and serviced every, we stayed in 323 over looking the pool, which was very quiet, also had a balcony. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. We enjoyed a few drinks in the adjacent bar. A minute from the hotel is the Sunfresh bakery which sells pastries, cakes, bread etc as well as tea and coffee with seating outside. There is a bus stop outside the bakery, where organised trips use for pick ups . We had fantastic weather all week and enjoyed time around the pool, plenty of sun beds available and shade area, there is also a pool bar. Would definitely stayed here again when we are next in Paphos.

we are here now on our last day we arrived to lovely clean apartment which are cleaned every day. staff helpful and kind at reception the adjoining bar has live music some nights albeit bit more expensive for a drink than surrounding bars . only a 5/6 min walk to nearest beach where the sunsets were wonderful breakfast was sane as any resort plenty to choose from my only advice is to ask for a room NOT facing pool as cleaners drag sun beds chairs tables around at 6.30 am and wakes you up location is great only a 15 min walk to harbour or the bus is €1.50 many places open except the water park we went on a few excursions as well

We had 13 nights at the princess Vera hotel and it was really good rooms were lovely beds were comfy. The pools were fab. Very clean. Staff were friendly we were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was okay but we missed it somedays because we thought it could of been a little bit better somedays. But can't fault the hotel at all. We heard no noise from the building work going on across the road we were room 420. We got the sun from morning till night. We would definitely stay here again it's a great location. I would just like to say aswell the man that was on the desk at our check in was very helpful giving us information about the old town and where to get the bus as that's one place we hadnt been on previous trips. The 24hour bakery was handy also next door.
