Not a enjoyable experience. Expensive for the rooms you receive, restaurant staff were friendly but check in staff were not welcoming.

We stayed here in October half term and it was a brilliant holiday. Full of families alike (we was a family of 5) and it was perfect for us. Daytime entertainment was perfect for the kids. The pirate ship was a lovely add on with slides etc. we spent most of our time around the main pool as our youngest is 2 and there is a toddler pool here. The pirate ship can be quite slippy with a mixture of sun cream in there too so this was for the best. There was a little park too for the kids to play on and a teen zone for the older ones. The lifeguards here would suit guarding the queen. They are so vigilant and take no crap from anyone. They will make you stand out like a sore thumb if you don’t follow rules but we loved this. Meant the pool was welcoming and inviting for all. Huge amount of sunbeds for the hotel users. Never without a bed although if you want poolside (don’t hate me for saying it) but it was a matter of reserving them. The food was something different every night and a great choice. Desserts were basic and typical all inclusive gelatine stuff but it went down the same hole. Breakfast was our favourite. Plenty choice, pastries, full English type, toast, fruit, yoghurts, waffles, pancakes etc. the hotel is located on the sea front but it’s not much of a beach, we always turned right out the hotel and 2 minute walk next to were the water sports shack is was a perfect little beach to use. The hotel had a outdoor shower to use to rinse off (near the main pool) once you’d been the beach. We stayed in a loft room and this was very very spacious. Walk in shower bathroom to the left as you walked in, wardrobes and a coffee machine station to your right. Straight ahead was a big room with a sofa in which we had as a double bed and then another single bed in there. Walking out onto a large balcony. We was land facing which didn’t bother us and we could see plenty, even the water park. Upstairs (spiral stairway) this had me on edge a bit but what was perfect was it was gated at the bottom and top to stop little people climbing. Upstairs was a large size main bedroom with a huge bed and all modernly decorated. Only thing upstairs was missing is wardrobes. Was a pain to keep going back downstairs to pick something yet plenty of space opportunity to of had these built in. I read reviews on ants and the only time I saw any was our last day, there was 3 outside our room door. Other than this it was absolutely fine. Staff were so lovely, especially the lady who greets you before meals if using the main restraint. We never used the private dine ones which we got free with our stay as we didn’t feel the need. We used the snack pool bar daily for lunch. Your usual pasta, pizza, burgers, gyros, chips. Fruit and ice creams. The kids were made up being able to just go help theirselves. We did walk to pathos harbour one evening and that took around 30 mins. Was pretty enough and worth just the evening walk down the beach front nosying at all the other hotels an

It's a great hotel for young families. We went with family for a wedding. We wouldn't go again as there were too many young children there for our liking. We would probably go to the Leonardo Plaza next door which is for adults only. We are in our late 60s so it was too noisy for us. Otherwise the room was nice and the food was good but too crowded and noisy in the restaurant. The pool was lovely but again it got too crowded in the afternoon but you can use the spa pool for a proper swim. Also the lounge bar area in the reception was very nice to sit and have a coffee or a drink with Aircon for comfort from the sun. Not enough toilets downstairs by the pool and restaurant so they were dirty most of the time. Bus stop outside is very convenient and cheap for trips out.

We went as a family of 4, children ages 7&4 for 6 nights with Jet2 and stayed in a family room with sea view. Pros - sunsets are amazing, I would recommend requesting a sea-view room. We were luckily upgraded to one but if we went back we would definitely book it. - the variety of pools kept the kids happy, the use of the indoor pool was great. We liked the music played everyday around the pool. Some people have complained about the size of the main pool but we never found it a problem. - daytime entertainment was fun and was never pushed on you. - we enjoyed the buffet style restaurant and never found it repetitive. I am vegetarian and always had a full plate. We also made use of the outside pool bar for lunch - that is repetitive but it’s only really for snacks. - location is great for walks along the sea and there is really nice beach in front of the the next hotel. The sea was warm and great for snorkelling. - hotel was clean and beautifully tidied up each night ready for the next day. - plenty of sun beds, whatever time you get up. - short transfer from the airport - close to water park - lifeguards watch the pools like hawks, they have eyes everywhere Cons - entertainment is poor and the room is dingy. I’m not sure where they could move it to but the room is like a working men’s club. The kids loved the mini disco but I have seen better elsewhere, I think this really lets the hotel down. - the a la carte restaurants only open 1 or 2 days a week, if they open at all. The choices are American (never opened), Greek or Japanese. - lack of information at check in regarding opening times of restaurants and how to book. Same for entertainment info. We arrived late so woke up in the morning clueless. Also, our welcome meeting wasn’t till Sunday and we arrived Thursday. Tips - book a sea view room - don’t arrive hungry if you’re flying in late as the sandwiches left in the room are pretty naff. - ask about the restaurants on arrival to avoid disappointment of not getting booked in. - taxi to town is 15 euros each way, asked to be dropped at the town hall for easy access to the markets. - the harbour is quite a walk for little ones but able adults would manage it. - lovely lady that plaits hair about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, worth doing for ease during the holiday and the kids really loved it. We didn’t go on any excursions but the zoo and boat trips are apparently worth booking. We also didn’t use the kids clubs, they never looked that busy and our kids just wanted to swim. Thanks for having us!!

It’s a really nice resort however it is tired. The buffet experience is chaotic, food is nice but it’s just so busy and other guests we spoke with also mentioned just what an experience it is. The staff are all lovely, they really make the most of the hotel. The nightclub is super tired, they just need to start again and section it off, get new seats and re floor it. The tap in our room was broken and the AC was intermittent The indoor pool was great but they seem to only heat it once per three days so it gets uncomfortably hot and then goes down to chilly. Outdoor pool was too cold to enjoy. Our room cleaners were a bit strange, angry vibes in general. Overall I don’t think we’ll be back, other guests said the same. In short, nice hotel, tired rooms, crazy buffet

Currently sat by the outdoor pool enjoying 29 degree sunshine and I've just seen the most amazing thing prompting me to write my review before I've even left! This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever come across. I've just watched a lifeguard help an elderly gentleman into the pool as he was struggling to do this himself. Offered to stay until he was ready to get out. My daughter stubbed her toe and lost her toenail yesterday, they were so attentive, very caring and the wonderful sabrina came to her aid with an ice cream to make everything better. We asked to change rooms 2 nights in as was quite noisy in the lobby due to wedding parties, kalia on reception was amazing, very helpful and had me in a new room by lunchtime. The hotel is clean, tidy, the food is incredible, if you leave hungry there is something wrong with you! the alcohol is by no means weak, 1st night on the leonardo cocktails proved that! The only downside was the noise in the rooms surrounding the lobby, however this could be rectified by shutting the lobby bar at 10pm, encouraging people to use the bar downstairs instead. However my problem was swiftly sorted and haven't had a sleepless night since, except maybe the other half snoring which no manager can solve! ha.. All in all I would 100% come back again, even the beds are comfortable. Well worth every penny spent.

Had a great 5 day stay, forgot it was still UK Easter holidays so was very busy with families, we should have picked adults only next door but didn't spoil our break. Staff very friendly especially bar staff but that's who we had most interaction with 😉. Only negative is that indoor pool doesn't open until 10am!! Should maybe say adults only before that time for those of us who like a swim before breakfast as gets very busy with children after that. Food was very varied with themed nights for menu and glad to see Cypriot dishes included as well as we live in Cyprus. Thank you to all staff for their hard work ❤️
