I booked a King-size suite for two, and they had me down for a double room superior with child.I never booked with a child.
The bed was very uncomfortable due to my husband and I are on the large & Tall size. The hotel stated they didn't have any King size suites for our stay. So it was a very uncomfortable stay for my husband 6oth birthday

It was a very convenient location and the access to the Atlantis that really made it stand out. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel itself was a little outdated physically and is an old hotel but not to the point that it that impact our trip. In general we recommend staying at it.

Customer service was horrible! Front desk was rude upon checking in. Additionally denied request for any type of delayed check out accommodation stating hotel was booked and there wasn’t a possibility but allllll the halllways had empty rooms. We have stayed multiple times at this hotel but will definitely NOT be returning. You pay so much money as guests to be treated so foul. If the hotel staff particularly front desk folks don’t know how to be hospitable they should just be removed. One last note, instead of being kind and accommodating during our first few mins of check in Suzette at the front desk got rude about missing charges on our initial booking and got loud. It’s okay to explain policy in a kind calm demeanor. She was SO rude.

It's a very nice place also their service is very nice. the only issue I had was they don't give micro ovens inside your room but they do have micro ovens for guests and you can use that on every floor they have micro ovens. I give them 4/5 because they don't have a micro oven inside every room.

The staff were friendly and it's next to aquaventure. Not too many tv channels to choose from though. They have a really great breakfast that's included.

Overall this was OK , mostly stayed here to get the benefits of being near Atlantis. but it turned out ok. Most of the staff was friendly outside of the front desk people. I would recommend booking directly through the hotel so that you do not get hit with additional fees and they don't try to fight you on what you purchased.

Elavator was taken out of service with no warning. Wife and her wheelchair had to be carried up and down stairs. Crusoes cafe was closed. .
