Beautiful clean modern hotel. The food choice was phenomenal. Staff were very friendly & attentive, offering water and coffee at meal times. Complimentary beach towels were a plus which could be swapped throughout the day. So near to the beach and complimentary beach loungers all with shade made it a lovely stress free stay. The only drawback were the hard pillows... if that's all the negative I can find then it sums up a fantastic stay. Would defiantly recommend for a chilled holiday. Not much going on in the surrounding areas.

We came for a family trip to this hotel, it is absolutely beautiful. Staff are very lovely and helpful. I decided to have a spa treatment on one of the days which involved a full body massage and a facial, it was so relaxing and my beauty therapist Spiros was absolutely wonderful, I had the opportunity to adjust the pressure whenever required and my skin felt absolutely wonderful. The food at the hotel is very delicious and there’s so much to do for the kids as well which is a big plus when travelling with little ones. We would definitely come back

Had an amazing 5 day stay here at the hotel. We did a jet ski safari and had a massage. Maria was my therapist and one of the best I have ever received so relaxing and sensational. The hotel is outstanding and the perfect holiday. The variety of food is amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more :)

Room was always very clean, food was amazing, and the hotel was lovely, staff were also very friendly and helpful, the waterpark was amazing. Spa was very calm and relaxing my first time and would definitely recommend Maria she was very polite and very goof

Well on its way to being an excellent 5 star hotel. Advantages: - Staff service levels are exceptionally high - Private, sandy beach with plenty of loungers - Several pools and ‘water park’ - Regular train ride taking you up the hill from the main hotel to the water park - every 5 minutes - great for kids - Golf buggy’s available to take you to your rooms from reception and you can call them to pick you up from your room - Modern rooms internally (although look a little dated externally) - Varied menus and several restaurant/food options through the day - Great for families with the splash park, kids club, play area and beach etc. Areas for improvement/Things to be aware of: - The pools are COLD and take some getting used to - Very limited fresh fruit available at meal times (water melon, strawberries etc.) - bananas, oranges, pears and apples basically, some melon occasionally - No yogurts available at mealtimes e.g breakfast as you’d get in most all inclusives - Not suitable for those with limited mobility - hilly and plenty of steps up and down pools and restaurant areas - This is REMOTE (also a benefit for some people), you cannot walk to a local town/cafes/bars/restaurants etc. - Clearly still under development/construction in different areas but nothing that impacts on your holiday (noise/view etc.) Overall, a great hotel catering well for families and couples. Certainly a 5 star in the making.

Good hotel but lots of walking required Hotel is set in a mountain side with lots of stairs to rooms. If you have trouble walking far I would not recommend. There is a shuttle that runs during the day. On the first day I did 13,000 steps and climbed 38 flights of stairs. Food is good not great. I’m Coeliac so need to be careful. Sous Chef was helpful, just ask staff to speak to him. You can find things in most days. They have GF bread on request ( much better if you ask to be heated). Pool area is nice enough, pool itself is very cold Drinks are of a decent quality, branded drinks are used. Beach is nice, take beach shoes if you have them as is a bit stony for little ones. Room was small but more than adequate. Showers and bathroom is good and nice quality. Safe in room can be annoying as batteries fail. Think this is a common problem in the hotel. WiFi is decent overall with good speed and coverage. I’d come back for a week. Nice and easy with TUI.

The hotel is very clean and has some great facilities eg multiple swimming pools and a water park. The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English, we had an issue with our toilet for the first couple of nights and due to the inconvenience, they upgraded us for free which was very kind! However, it did happen again in the new room … The hotel is quite secluded and isn’t near any towns as Heraklion is a 25 min drive and costs around 50 euros to get there in a taxi so if you want to explore, I would recommend hiring a car. The food at the hotel was quite poor, it was dry and didn’t seem fresh. Their food was also quite repetitive considering there were different themes for each night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but was slightly disappointed by the food.
