I am currently staying at this hotel and feel compelled to express my deep disappointment. There is a strong and unpleasant smell of mold throughout the premises, and the level of cleanliness is far below any acceptable standard. The staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and shows little urgency or willingness to assist guests. Most shockingly, guests are required to wait in line for over an hour just to enter the dining room – something I have never experienced before in any hotel. As someone who has stayed in numerous hotels in Crete and the surrounding area, I can confidently say this has been the most disappointing experience by far. It is simply a disgrace, and someone in management must take responsibility and address these serious issues.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the staff (smiling, helpful, attentive, including the manager!), the room, the facilities, the cleanliness, the restaurants, the bars, the entertainment, etc.). All the criteria were met to have wonderful days! Thank you to all the staff.

Had the most amazing Cretan massage by Rania , which was fabulously relaxing and soothing and managed to de- knot my knots I always carry on my shoulders. My husband also had the amazing de- stress massage by Maria which really dud the trick to relax him. I can’t recommend these therapists enough who have ‘ magic hands’ Lambini, the spa manager made sure we received the slots we wanted . I really rate the quality and professionalism of the spa staff . Loved my treatment

Had an excellent spa experience with Angela who was attentive and thorough. The whole spa was a wonderful addition to my holiday. I couldn’t recommend the experience enough to anyone visiting the hotel and overall the hotel was excellent too. From the food to the service it was exceptional!

Very nice atmosphere and the therapist Angela was brilliant,she knew exactly where to apply the pressure to make me feel like a newborn. Top service,very clean and a beautiful place,I would recommend to anyone who wants to relax and recharge the batteries.

The Fodele Beach Resort was a fantastic option for us because it met all our needs. It took about 25 minutes to get from the airport to the location, and while the rooms were somewhat small and cleaned every day, that was fine since the rest of the resort compensated for it. Besides, you won't be spending much time in your room because there is so much to discover! And I have to mention the amazing variety of delicious food—wow! The cocktails are top-notch too, not at all like the cheap stuff. The staff are super friendly as well I love that they are so very polite and respectful always, this was my first time in Greece and I will definitely go back again I loved every minute of being there with my family creating new memories. Thank you so much for having us there and making our holiday special 🫶❤️

Service is absolutely beautiful and the spa is 5 stars Angela is absolutely Amzing and knows exactly what she is doing! Must go to spa Must visit and have Crete treatment, 70 minutes is not enough but definitely shoulders and back will be all sorted
