Seda Manila Bay near Ayala Malls

I had a wonderful stay at Seda Philippines. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. Check-in was smooth, and everyone was friendly and professional throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a long day of exploring. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and convenient location, which made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. Housekeeping also did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless every day. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. Seda provided the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Philippines and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Service was superb. Only downside would be the door, had to call support twice since it won’t read the tap card including the housekeeping’s. Overall great value for money and a superb view.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is beside Ayala mall which is convenient for shopping and meals ! It is also near the entertainment city so it is very convenient . Will definitely recommend !

Rooms were big and spacious. Locates next to Ayala Mall which is a mega mall with many dining options. Cleanliness needs to be improved though. Can see old stains in the toilet, dirty shower head and housekeeping did little to clean the floors.

this is our 2nd time here. Booked for a night to swim and relax with my daughter. Very quiet and clean. parking is very easy. This hotel is connected to Ayala malls manila bay. Food in their buffet is so nice. The dried fish and salted egg are the best! Not salty.

Booked one deluxe room and stayed for one night with kids. The room is sufficient, ample toiletries with a bottle of distilled water. The kids enjoyed much at the pool, it was big maximum of 4.2 feet and an adjacent kiddie pool with water fountains also good thing is that the kiddie play room is just along the area so you can watch your kids play around. They also have sun loungers and couches. At the same floor they have this six hole miniature gold area designed for fun and playful guests. In the evening we went to the roof top, there was a bar and spend some time just chilling around. Then buffet breakfast was ok, the kids loved the champorado. Then we went for a quick stroll to the adjacent mall, and you don't have to go down for there was a connecting area at the 4th floor. All in all the stay was absolutely ok despite this musty smell, I think from the carpet that is not dried up? or from the sewer. However, that does not make our stay memorable.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. We picked a nice location close to where we needed to be during the day and had a lovely night’s rest when we were done with our activities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our time here!
