Nicole was great checking us in, provided great information about places we could visit nearby and showed excellent customer services skills. Jonathan was also super friendly and a great bartender, he made us feel at home and provided great service. Thank you! We're looking forward to our next stay at La Jamaca.

The property is beautiful and clean. The decor is great, the pool was lovely and the drinks were good. The bed was very soft and made you roll into the middle and although the walls are concrete, You can hear perfectly clear conversations, television and everything else from the tools next door. Other than that, great!

The ambiance is a tropical cozy vibe. You have everything all in one form the view to the pool and food and cocktail options. Highly recommend

Customer service was lovely, the space is clean and a nice little oasis in a rather odd location. The pool isn’t really for swimming, more if you want to drink a cocktail in the water. The bar drinks are okay! Don’t recommend Las Tinas, it’s just an outdoor mosquito fest and way overpriced. The surrounding area is a bit underdeveloped and sp**** however you can walk like ten minutes to La Parguera where there is a boardwalk and boat tour companies.

The room is spotless!!
Parking lot and road are crumbling.
The king bed was VERY comfortable!!
The room had no hot water for first 2 days. Maintaince person said the breaker had tripped off and had warm water on day 3. Day 4 no hot water on last day when we got up to shower and check out. Last day the water trickled in the shower and was cold. We got up at 4 to shower.
The roosters made noise most nights and all night the last night there.
Very nice staff with the exception of the lady working the bar Thursday eve 4.20.2023 who could not seem to smile or be friendly.
We were in room 17 which is at the end of the water supply line. Water supply line is 1/2" feeding the building which is way too small to supply decent water pressure.
