We traveled to Parc Astérix with our child. A taxi from Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport to the hotel cost 93 Euros. The hotel is quite large and has a swimming pool, though we didn't get a chance to use it. There's a free shuttle service from the hotel to Parc Astérix. A crucial detail: the shuttle pickup point at Parc Astérix is platform F in the parking lot, *not* platform D! The front desk staff spoke decent English, but communication wasn't always perfectly smooth, as English proficiency isn't generally a strong suit for French people. The hotel is conveniently located close to La Vallée Village outlet mall. We spent the first day at Parc Astérix, and after checking out on the second day, it was very convenient to go shopping at La Vallée Village. They also offer free luggage storage facilities. Be aware that the hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries or slippers, so remember to bring your own! To reach the RER station, you can take the hotel shuttle to Disneyland. The RER A line station entrance is located to the bottom left of Disneyland's main gate, and it can be a bit hard to spot, so keep an eye out.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a terrible, pervasive odor in the room, so unpleasant that I had to go out and buy an air freshener myself. The smell was ingrained in everything: the curtains, lamps, and furniture, and it was strong enough to wake me up during the night. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and at times rude, making the experience even worse. While the breakfast offered some variety, it is supposed to start at 7 a.m., but it often opened much later, leaving guests waiting for about 15 minutes. The location is good, but the rest of the amenities do not meet basic expectations. The Wi-Fi does not works unless you pay extra for a faster connection. Room cleaning is not included either — it also requires an additional fee. The bathtub is unusually high and slanted, making it very uncomfortable and unsafe to use. The air conditioning functions poorly, there is no ventilation at all, and the windows cannot be opened, which makes the stay truly unpleasant. Overall, this hotel does not deliver the level of service or comfort that guests should expect. I would not recommend it.

The aparthotel features a kitchen, conveniently equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and dish soap. However, the microwave/oven combo unit was a bit complicated and difficult to use. The on-site laundry room is very convenient, though there's only one dryer for two washing machines. It also has usage time restrictions, so early morning is the most suitable time to use it. The Studio room we booked was a decent size, but bed types couldn't be chosen. We arrived a bit late on check-in day, and our request for a twin-bed room couldn't be accommodated. We were told we could switch the next day. Having read previous guest reviews, we spent the entire next morning following up on this, and eventually, our request was granted. A minor point of dissatisfaction was that free cleaning services are only offered for stays of eight days or more, and there were extra charges for fresh towels. Toilet paper also needed to be requested from the front desk, and only hand/body wash was provided. The shower was over a somewhat small bathtub, and the shower screen was a bit too short, which often led to water spilling onto the bathroom floor. The lobby provided filtered water and free coffee. In the afternoons, there were also complimentary limited pastries and lemonade, which was a pleasant bonus. At €20, the breakfast felt a bit basic. We didn't have a need for the gym or meeting rooms, so I can't comment on those facilities. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Bercy Village and the Court Saint-Émilion station on Line 14, putting most major city attractions within 30 minutes. The proximity to two small supermarkets, Carrefour Express and Franprix, was also extremely convenient. Dining options nearby are decent for a short stay, but for our longer visit, they started to feel a bit limited. The hotel shares a road with Pullman Bercy, and the meeting point for our day tours was conveniently located just around the corner, making pickups and drop-offs very smooth. Overall, it was very good.

Booked two rooms and was assigned with one corner room which is bigger than the other. Corner room was big and we enjoy the stay. Coffee capsules was only on the first day as welcome drink. Hair dryer different to use as we need to press the on button constantly. Washing machine in the basement was out of service during our stay. Hotel location is fantastic, very near to Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.

Great location. Next door to a great shopping centre, walk through and you have very easy access to Disney and Paris. Friendly staff, quiet hotel, lovely downstairs. Only fault would be corridors etc are a little dated, but it is a hotel that fits exactly what we needed at a great price. Will definitely return here when I am in the area again and recommend to my family and friends

The hotel is a 30-40 minute metro ride from the city center. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk service is very warm and welcoming. For this price in Paris, it's definitely a great value-for-money option. There's also a free sparkling water machine in the lobby for guests to use.

Nice hotel a block away from Sacré Cœur. The staff is very helpful. The little backyard is very nice. You can drink your coffee there. The kitchenette in the studio has everything you may need to prepare a meal. Cons : No AC, only a fan.

At this price and convenient location, I have no complaints. It's just a 10-minute walk to the metro station and supermarket. However, we encountered an issue with the towel heater, which cannot be plugged. When we mentioned it to the nighttime receptionist, she assured us that it would be fixed during the day, but nothing happened for two days despite my daily reminders. When I asked the daytime receptionist, I learned that it wouldn’t be fixed at all. I would have preferred to know the truth instead of being given false hope.

The location is fantastic, with Metro lines 9 and 12, plus various bus routes, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room was also quite spacious (though, coming straight from Japan, everything feels bigger!). Everything was great overall. I highly recommend getting a weekly pass – it's a no-brainer. Even for just one stop, take the metro; it's a breeze! Just remember to make sure you tap your card successfully when boarding, as I personally saw ticket checks on the bus.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very difficult to find, its hidden inside commercial buildings. Uber drivers, people live in the area didn't acknowledge there is a hotel. Room is clean, the kitchen is nice and well equipped. Perfect for 2 people, couple or family. Staff are helpful and efficient.

LLisa Yee ManGood location, easy check in, had most of the amenities. Would have preferred separate shower gel and shampoo rather than combined. No hair conditioner. Asked for a 30 mins late check out, and the receptionist asked me to pay for it which didn’t seem reasonable. No cleaning service unless you stay 8 days or more.
