Super clean hotel, service was fabulous, location absolutely amazing with all shops, garden and restaurants around.
There was a big disappointment with the noise level coming from the metro which runs right under the hotel. I stayed two nights and didn’t get any sleep during the first one because I had a room on the first floor. The noise was literally unbearable. The receptionists changed my room with one on the fourth floor and it was better but not great. The running metro every 3-6 minutes was still disturbing. The receptionis tried to compensate me with a free breakfast which was very thoughtful, however I prefer to sleep well to be able to enjoy Paris on the next day…
Great place and reliable staff. The connecting room was really perfect for traveling with a toddler and her grandparents. We really appreciated the fact that we could have used an extra sofa bed in the room for more comfortable stay. The connecting room, although advertised as 30m2 was much bigger, I think it was definitely more like 40-50m2. Highly recommend the place!
Facilities: There is a coffee machine that can be used as a kettle to drink boiling water at any time. No slippers, dental appliances, more and one shampoo shower gel, remember to bring your own if you need it
Hygiene: OK
Environment: The location is very good. Take a taxi from the East Station. 13 euros from Lafayette. Paris Spring is also super close. The Louvre is not far away. The Opera House is closer. There is a supermarket around. It is very convenient to buy water. There are bowls of noodles for sale.
Service: The front desk service is very thoughtful. Before leaving, I helped to call the car to the airport.
Breakfast: more general, the same every day, less variety
Room: Two single beds + one sofa bed
City hotel rooms are small but adequate
Good breakfast
Only complaint lift was out 4th floor lots of steps did not bother me I'm fit.
If you were elderly not sure what you would do
Lots of noise in room from people coming up stairs and construction.
Got back to hotel early one day meetings finished early could not go to my room as they were doing something in my room .
Great location heart of St Germain
5 mins from St Michel and Notre Dame
So many great bistro, cafe and restaurants
Photo brioche for breakfast
