The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The interior design is great overall, and it's very clean! The staff are also friendly and provide good service! There isn't a fridge in the room normally, but they will provide one if you ask.

Very nice hotel, kind staff, and a great location. The rooms are spacious, but for the price, some things feel a bit low-end, like the bedding. And a shower curtain in 2026? That's just not acceptable anymore. The soundproofing, however, is excellent.

As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I communicated with the hotel in advance, but was still assigned to the lowest floor with the worst view. It seems like Europeans typically assign lower floors to Asians and higher floors to Caucasians. Ctrip should really remove this hotel from the Chinese market. China is not the same as it used to be; it's so powerful now, yet Europeans still have this outdated view of China. Kick this hotel out of the Chinese market! Chinese people and Ctrip members deserve respect.
