The location is great, it was the best thing about the hotel, together with the underground parking. I think it’s a lovely hotel in the summer, with AC, everything you need. But if you don’t like cold, I wouldn’t recommend you book in the autumn / winter. We stayed at the end of October and there was no heating other than the AC unit which was used as a heater, but didn’t actually and probably heat the room. If you don’t mind the cold, then lucky you. But we got sick staying here because of the cold. We had to keep on turning it on and off because now it gave warm air, the next minute cold air. They didn’t even have a heater they could give us. Kept on saying the technician will come and check things out, but he never did.
Another thing we didn’t like is that there was no cleaning or towel change for trips shorter than 4 nights. We stayed for 3 nights. The bathroom had no window or fan and was thus very humid, the towel heater didn’t work, making the towels unusable from one day to another. We did insist on getting new towels and we got them so we appreciate that.
All in all, a good choice if you come in the summer.
