Nicer access to Gracier station .it just took 20-30 minutes to visit main attractions such as Eiffel Tower and Champs Elyses street. What made me feel uncomfortable was wasting lots of time check out .unfortunately I missed train due to check out was taking time.

The hotel is quite dated, and both the service and cleanliness were only mediocre. No complimentary water was provided in the room. Honestly, it's just a very average hotel. What was strange was that housekeeping simply tossed the hairdryer onto the floor after tidying up – I'm not sure why.

Good hotel, very well located: 2mins away from Glacière metro station (the metro station for the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de triomphe etc …). The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are quite outdated. I’ve booked a room with “Paris view” but it was disappointing (wrong side). The gym is nice, the machines modern but there’s too many cardio machines and not enough weights and workout equipments (but overall it is way above other Parisian hotel’s gym). The breakfast is simple but good. There are several small grocery stores nearby, which is super convenient!

Almost ten thousand worth of items were stolen from my hotel room. The hotel staff refused to take responsibility or check the surveillance footage, only insisting that it had nothing to do with the hotel. I can't believe it! I was so careful when traveling in Paris, didn't get robbed on the metro, but got robbed inside a five-star hotel, and there's no way to get justice! Terrible experience!

The front desk service was very warm. We originally booked a suite for three people, but there was no door between the bedroom and the living room, which caused a bit of disturbance. We decided to add an extra room, and Xing Lei at the front desk proactively helped us with the arrangements. She even waived one person's breakfast fee upon checkout, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Notre Dame and the Louvre (not far, but Paris has many traffic lights and small road congestion). The cleanliness was excellent.
