The hotel lobby's decor is very European and comfortable, making for a pleasant sight. The restaurant staff are incredibly down-to-earth, and the front desk is very welcoming—standard Novotel service. The location is also excellent, very close to the subway station. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Great experience for an affordable 4 star hotel. We got a free upgrade to an Executive Room which was large with complimentary snacks and clean. A little on the older side but just fine. It was an odd room though as he had to use 2 sets of lifts to get to it. The location is great - close to a metro and near a shopping village. Its right next to an Arena so the area doesn't feel Parisian if that's what you are looking for but its price is good and still convienent to get to all major attractions.

Comparing with Marseille Centre Novotel Suites this one is absolutely not so good. But Receptionist are nice they are good staff. Room is quite small, not good for family only suitable for take trains or just 1 night sleeps. 巴黎豪华酒店首选Pullman或者选择La de fense 区域地铁站那个Melia。其他都是老破小照骗。不然就是一晚1200euro的Ritz才能满足要求。整个欧洲就没几家凯宾斯基就很能说明问题。隔壁公园有个汽车站，卫生程度那就真是欧洲之耻辱。欧洲人自己Google评论区发的。
