Thanks we have a lovely break. The room was rather small but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was substantial, great choice and very fresh.

Greal location...easy access to 2 metro stations. Friendly staff and very grateful for letting us check in early... we arrived at 8am. Clean and comfortable. Good vale breakfast.

Everything is good except air conditioner is not strong enough to cool down the room and provide ventilation. It takes half an hour to make the room feels comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

My tour group met in the 13th arrondissement, and I chose this hotel because of its reputable brand and convenient location. The room was comfortable, the bed was large, and the bathroom was clean. It happened to be a market on Friday, so I bought some delicious fruit. I used Google Maps (about an hour) to find Notre Dame, the Seine River, and the Louvre. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with excellent coffee 😘👍 A truly enjoyable stay.

The hotel is right next to Place d'Italie, making it very convenient to go to Chinatown. There are Chinese restaurants everywhere. There is a market downstairs at a fixed time every week. The front desk staff are very friendly.

The room is generally old and a bit trendy, but the location is good and the staff are quite friendly. I basically stayed here during my few days in Paris. There is Chinatown nearby and the food at the food stalls is delicious. It is worth recommending.

Very good, good location, good value for money

Very good hotel, highly recommended! This time we stayed in Paris for a total of six days and five nights. To be on the safe side and to save budget, we arranged to stay in two hotels, one with a high price (thinking it would be more comfortable) and the other with a significantly lower price (emphasizing economical and practical). This is the one with the lower price we chose. But after checking in, the result was just the opposite. This lower-priced hotel completely crushed the other hotel in terms of facilities, environment, convenient transportation, and hygiene. It was simply great! This hotel seems to be in the Place d'Italie, far from the Seine, but it is actually very close, because the hotel is only about 150 meters away from the subway, unlike our other hotel, which seems to be very close to the Seine, but in fact it takes 700 meters to walk to the subway station. The hotel environment is also quite quiet, very comfortable to sleep, all kinds of facilities are complete, and there is drinking water in the lobby on the first floor. If I had known that their hotel was so great, I would never go to another hotel to be a sucker. Highly recommended!

The room is small and cozy. You can get glass bottles of water from the front desk every day. There are white water and sparkling water. It is very close to the subway. There is a large IKEA mall nearby, and there is a large Carrefour underneath. There are many food nearby. It is very convenient and the price is very reasonable. I will go there again in the future.
