Very good

The hotel was calm with good location.Facilities and housekeeping is good. A special thanks and appreciation to Gina,Rami, Janet , and other front desk and hotel staff for their wonderful help and excellent service. The hotel is best suited for couples and families.We had a great stay at the hotel. Overall, I got the impression that the hotel is well- run with highly professional management team which is clearly reflected in the staff’s respectful attitude and helpfulness.

Very disappointing experience. We specifically booked a balcony room expecting to enjoy the view, but when we arrived the entire balcony was completely blocked by construction scaffolding. There was absolutely no view at all, which made the balcony completely pointless. What is most unacceptable is that the hotel never informed us about the construction in advance, and there was no mention of it during check-in either. This feels very misleading, especially when guests are paying a higher price for a balcony room. Transparency is very important in hospitality. If the hotel had clearly informed guests about the construction beforehand, we could have made a different choice. Unfortunately, this situation seriously affected our overall experience. 中文： 非常令人失望的一次入住体验。我们特地预订了带阳台的房型，希望可以欣赏景观，但到达后才发现整个阳台的视野都被施工脚手架完全遮挡，完全没有任何景观，阳台也变得毫无意义。 更不能接受的是，酒店在我们入住前完全没有告知正在施工，办理入住时也没有任何提醒。尤其是当客人支付更高价格预订带阳台房型时，这样的情况让人感觉非常具有误导性。 在酒店行业中，透明度非常重要。如果酒店提前告知施工情况，客人至少可以有选择其他房型或酒店的机会。但很遗憾，这件事严重影响了我们的整体入住体验。

Extremely disappointing experience — I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel from September 8th to September 15th, in Room 507, and honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. During my stay, an expensive pair of Prada shoes went missing from my hotel room. I immediately contacted the hotel and followed up with them several times. Unfortunately, nobody has provided me with a proper explanation or taken the matter seriously. Every time I contact them, I am told that they will “look into it” and get back to me, but nothing actually happens. The circumstances are extremely concerning. Housekeeping staff are the only people who regularly have access to the room, which naturally raises serious concerns about what happened to my belongings. I am not making a claim without basis, but I expect the hotel to properly investigate the matter instead of repeatedly giving me excuses and asking me to wait. I have contacted them multiple times, and I am still waiting for a clear and satisfactory response. The housekeeping service was also unacceptably poor. We requested room cleaning for two consecutive days, and nobody came to clean the room. On the third day, someone finally came, but they only cleaned part of the room and then left without properly finishing the job. The bed linens were left on the chairs, housekeeping items were left inside the room, and the room was simply left in an unfinished state. I have evidence documenting exactly how the room was left after housekeeping. What is even more disappointing is the hotel’s complete lack of proper follow-up regarding my missing property. I have repeatedly contacted them, and every time I receive the same response: “We will check and get back to you.” Different people keep passing the matter around, yet nobody seems willing to take responsibility or provide a proper resolution. For a hotel of this standard, the level of housekeeping, customer service, and handling of a serious missing-property complaint is completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before staying here. I certainly will not be staying at this hotel again.
