"I found the hotel a bit challenging to locate due to its small and inconspicuous sign; a larger and clearer sign would greatly improve accessibility. Once inside, I found the rooms to be on the smaller side, but they were nicely appointed and provided a cozy atmosphere. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a pleasant surprise of coffee and small pieces of cake, a thoughtful gesture by the hotel staff. Speaking of the staff, the reception service was exceptional; they were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. However, there was an issue with my room. Despite booking the cheapest private room, I encountered some wood pieces in the roof with termites. Unfortunately, a few fell onto the bed and coffee table during my stay. This is a serious concern that the hotel administrator needs to address urgently. Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the positive aspects of the hotel, such as the welcoming reception service and nice amenities, outweighed the negatives. With improvements to signage and urgent attention to maintenance issues, this hotel has the potential to provide an even better experience for its guests."
