This hotel is definitely one of the most satisfying ones I have stayed at in so many hotels in Paris. The main reason must be attributed to the butler Guy! First of all, the hotel is in a good location. It is in the downtown area. Shopping and dining around are very convenient and safe. The interior of the room is also very beautiful, with typical French decoration + renovation, and the area is not small. The ground floor of the hotel is a spa, gym, swimming pool and sauna, as well as a jacuzzi. If the weather is bad, it is also good to rest in the hotel. Of course, the most commendable thing is the butler. I have never seen a hotel butler with such warm and thoughtful service and such a lovely personality. He definitely raised the overall hotel experience to a higher level. I really hope the hotel gives him a salary increase!

The decoration of the hotel is pretty good, the location is okay, the room is not big, but in Paris, it's passable. However, the hotel's air conditioner is really hard to describe. The first day the air conditioner broke down, the hotel sent someone to fix it, and they said it was fixed, but it turned out that the cooling didn't work again in the middle of the night. The next day they sent someone to fix it, and they said it was done, because we had to check out on the third day. The maintenance workers repeatedly emphasized that it would be fine to stay overnight, so we continued to stay, but we fell asleep at night, and the air conditioner stopped working. I feel that I am quite arrogant in my bones, and I don't want the hotel to compensate, but the hotel staff did not have the minimum sincere apology.
