On the last day of our honeymoon, we decided to splurge a bit and stayed here to make it a memorable experience. We were pleasantly surprised when the reception upgraded our room to a slightly larger one. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities, making our stay very comfortable. Opting for the breakfast-included plan was definitely the right choice. It was a perfect ending to our honeymoon. Thank you very much!

The room was tiny, and the facilities were incredibly old. The shower pressure was extremely low. All the negative reviews are spot on. Apart from the location and breakfast, there's absolutely nothing good about this place. On the first day of our stay, we had issues right away. We requested twin beds, but they made it up as a king bed. After a 10+ hour long-haul flight, we couldn't check in early at noon; we had to wait until 2 PM. Then, they even got our room wrong, and we had to wait another two hours for them to re-make the beds. It took ages for the water and coffee to arrive. The housekeeping staff is incredibly slow! And every day they'd take away the cups but never bring new ones; we had to call the front desk to get new ones. The cleaning was also very sloppy, and disposable amenities were often not replenished. One day, they even put a blood-stained sheet on our bed! We only discovered it late at night before going to sleep, so we didn't bother calling again. We stayed for nine nights, and I can say there was a different issue almost every day. By the end, I was too tired to complain anymore. One day, they left wine and cherries in the room as an apology, but then the next day, they still took away the cups. Speechless. I will never stay at an InterContinental hotel again. I paid so much money only to be frustrated. However, the Ctrip customer service was excellent. Every time we encountered a problem, they were very proactive in helping to resolve it. I will definitely book hotels on this platform again.

The location is really convenient, almost everything is within walking distance. The service is pretty good overall, but a bit slow. One day they only left two bottles of water, and it took an hour to get an extra one when I requested it. The shower facilities are also a bit old, so showering wasn't the most comfortable experience. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The staff entered the room without knocking while my daughter was alone inside. She was startled by the sudden intrusion and was too scared to sleep that night. It was a terrible experience.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the service was impeccable. The breakfast spread was extensive and varied, with a chef who cooked wonderfully. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to the Opera House and Galeries Lafayette.

I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was hard to press and the water flow wasn't strong enough, and the sink tap also had low water pressure. But these minor issues didn't detract from the overall experience. The handsome front desk staff member at check-out was equally warm and polite. He even helped me call to check about storing luggage at the Louvre, and ultimately advised me that it would be safer to store it at the hotel. Breakfast seemed to have slightly declined in quality compared to before, but it was still well worth having. After exploring, I returned to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage, and the bellboy was also very nice, bidding me farewell with a 'take care!' My overall impression is that all the hotel staff treat guests with a wonderful, hospitable attitude, making you feel right at home.

As a Trip.com Black Diamond Partner, I usually don't write reviews, but I wanted to share this experience for future travelers considering this hotel: 1. **Check-in hassle**: The hotel messed up our reservation. We were traveling with a standard room and a king room; they gave us two king rooms. They then suggested adding an extra bed to one of the king rooms, but it didn't fit. Only then did they provide the standard room. We arrived late at night, and I don't know what they were thinking. 2. **Unpleasant stay**: The facilities are old and poorly maintained. The mattress sags significantly where you usually sit, seriously affecting sleep quality. The bathtub drain was clogged, the room number plate fell off, etc. It's hard to believe this is an InterContinental. 3. **Poor service**: After experiencing the above issues, we decided to check out early on July 11th, changing our stay from July 9th-14th to checking out on July 12th. According to InterContinental's internal general management policy, we should have been allowed to check out for free. However, the hotel insisted on charging us for the two nights we wouldn't be staying. 4. **Trip.com's performance**: Throughout this incident, I felt Trip.com's proactive and responsible attitude towards customer complaints. After numerous failed attempts to communicate with the hotel, Trip.com showed me their sincerity and commitment. I will continue to choose Trip.com for flights and hotels in the future, even though it sometimes gets criticized for dynamic pricing.

My main purpose for this trip to France was shopping, so I stayed right next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests. The service was exceptionally good, I have to give them a special shout-out.
