One receptionist was truly exceptional and she went above and beyond whenever asked for a favor. however there was another employee he had a terrible attitude even when I mentioned that my phone was not working he replied “what can I do about it” such people should not be in a client facing position at all especially that both the elevator and phone was not working at the time. He needs to learn to be accommodating, friendly or else quit this job as it makes the whole institution look bad.

Excellent stay. Beautifully decorated hotel room with a stunning view. We over looked the church and couldn’t have asked for a better room. Great amenities with hairdryer, water, tea and toiletries in the room. The hotel has a lovely little reception and bar area and such friendly staff. The location is excellent with great bars, restaurants and supermarket close by. We managed to see all the sights without any difficulty either walking or using the metro. We didn’t have the breakfast as lovely patisserie close by for pastries and coffee, but the breakfast room looked very welcoming.

Our stay at Hotel Maison Malesherbes, Place Saint-Augustin in Paris, went far beyond our expectations. We were welcomed royally from the moment we arrived. The family room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the hotel’s location is ideal—we were able to walk easily to some of the best restaurants and shops. The icing on the cake was Djila. She is an absolute superstar. My daughter and I loved waking up for breakfast because of her. She truly knows how to welcome guests, and she made a real difference in our stay in Paris. Always smiling, warm, and attentive, she offered my daughter the best breakfast options, and my husband—who is a true coffee lover—thoroughly enjoyed the coffee she prepared for him. Thank you to the entire team to make our stay memorable, and a very special thank you to Djila. We will definitely come back again ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Les Malesherbes. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away, which was such a welcome start to our trip. The welcome was genuinely friendly and warm, with lovely personalised touches that immediately made us feel special. We were blown away by the suite — beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out with private areas to relax. The daily servicing was excellent, and the views from the room were simply splendid. It felt elegant, calm, and authentically Parisian. The hotel is comfortable, charming, and in a fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to central areas and is right next to a metro station, making getting around effortless. A proper Parisian gem — we will absolutely return.
