It's a bit far from the city center, but it's right outside the subway exit, which is quite convenient. It takes about half an hour to get to various attractions, and it's close to Zhou Enlai's former residence. There's also a Carrefour nearby, the area is very safe, and it offers good value for money.

The hotel is right in Place d'Italie, so the location is excellent. It's only a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the metro station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions in Paris. The room size was just right, very spacious for one person.

Great location right by the metro, good size rooms and comfy beds

The hotel is super close to Carrefour supermarket, just a right turn when you exit. It's also very near the metro station, making it convenient to visit attractions. It's close to Orly Airport, but it's hard to get a ride using mobile apps as most drivers cancel. If you're with a group, you can ask the front desk to help call a taxi. The room isn't spacious, but it can accommodate four people. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The hotel lobby has a water dispenser and a coffee machine with disposable cups next to them; the water dispenser even has sparkling water, which is a nice touch.

Great location, rooms have a kitchenette, perfect for fixing a quick snack. Next to Carrefour and weekend market.

Fantastic! Location of this hotel is the best. Next to metro station , shopping mall , street cafe etc. Studio room is bigger than i thought , and plus got everything. Got a refrigerator for your foods and drinks. Got a microwave and dishwasher also. Free tea and coffee at the lobby 24/7.

the family room is clean, with good furnitures like 2 beds and double sofa–bed, which is very suitable for trip with multiple kids. the location is very convenient, close to shopping mall, metro and many restaurants.

Supper horrible experience. 1. The heater doesn’t work (clearly not connected to electricity ) and complained to front desk, no news 2. The AC is supper loud and they just said that other rooms may Hv the same issues so refused to offer to change the room for us. 3. The shower hot water need to wait for boil after usage . And after 30 mins there were still no hot water !!! Terrible experience and need to move to other room JUsT FOr ShOWER only! Given all the issues above there were no compensation 4. Dated room and facility. Plus side: supper close to metro ( tho no lift or escalator)

Excellent strategic location with a metro station and a shopping center at your doorstep. I was lucky to get a studio at the top floor with a nice view of the main attractions over the roofs. The studio was somewhat smaller than expected, just enough for one person though. Strangely, you have got a small equipped kitchen to cook, but no proper table to sit and eat. Also, the noise isolation from the street is somewhat poor: do not expect to sleep long while the magnificent city gets busy every morning.

V convenience

Good serviced appartment, well equiped, quite affordable considering the location. Ideal location: mall nearby, plenty of food options, subway lines right outside. Staff is a hit & miss, sometimes extremely helpful, sometimes not really. Hot water was faulty a couple times and we had to wait the next day for shower/bath: not great with kids. For some reason it takes a lot of arguing to get bedsheets for baby cribs, as if people usually travel with theirs...because...reasons. Will definitely use again as overall it is a great combo.

Convenient

I booked two rooms for 6 nights. When I checked in, someone else had already checked in. It took another half an hour to check in again. The efficiency of handling the problem was extremely low. The room facilities were shabby and many appliances would fall over when touched. The side panel of the bathtub would fall over. The hygiene was very poor. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

Overall, the hotel is great value for money. There's a metro station downstairs. Water, coffee, and tea are available downstairs, which is convenient.
