Carpet is dirty. Bathroom setting not user friendly . Breakfast is good , very fresh. Staff are friendly with good services . Location is excellent.

I stayed for 6 nights, but the room card was auomatically deactivated everyday!
when I was back to the hotel, the room card couldn't access the lift or accessed the lift but couldn't access the room.
That means I needed to go to the front desk to get my card re-activted again, every day!
Thay promised it won't happened again the next day,but I did it for 6 days.....wasted my time and reaaly not convenient.
the location is safe and good, Consulate General of the USA and many luxury brands just nearby.

Прекрасный отель в самом центре Парижа! Отличный сервис! Свежий ремонт. Но дорого для номеров такого размера. Если едете на своей машине - надо заранее просить отель заказать пропуск. Отель находится на улице, закрытой для движения автомобилей.

如果一個五星酒店在10度8度的天沒有供暖是啥體驗，真的被我遇到，而且是索菲特，我反正是住完第二天直接感冒，而且窗關得緊緊的，設備跟不上其他都扯淡，第二天和前台投訴，反正態度是很誠懇，衹是問題已發生，設施很落後，前台服務倒是很熱情，也站在客人的角度去和我溝通，反正巴黎五星酒店真是一言難盡
