The hotel is strategically located in the center of Paris. Although the room is clean and tidy, the service is poor. The concierge kept our luggage until we left and asked for it to be delivered to the room before he impatiently agreed. The most interesting thing is that when we left the hotel and went to the airport, a taxi came. The doorman did not allow him to take us. Instead, he called one for us, and then went to Charles de Gaulle Airport and asked us for 80 euros. But the government stipulates 65 euros on the left bank and 56 euros on the right bank. So, is Mandarin 13,000 RMB a night a shady hotel? I definitely won’t stay there again, because compared to the Intercontinental I stayed at when I returned to Paris, it was just ****.

I come for business meeting. Welcoming was terrific even the bar was really empty. I have to leavw the table to force waiters to come to table to take the order. It take long time to get a tasteless white wine and a tea. We ask if they have a decent white wine and waiters do not take charge. I ask the responsable to show up at the table at the end of our business meeting and ask for the bill. She come after 10 minutes. Her only excuse was they don't have qualified waiters and return me the bill with an extra water bottle we never order. I paid cash and wait another 15 minutes to get the balance after 2 recalls because I don't to tip such poor and unprofessional service. Then I ask to see the director of the hotel. After 15 minutes, she come and apologise. She have not the aura not behavior of a 5 stars director. My recommandation 》AVOID MANDARIN Brand as I will for my life time !!! Go to Costes Palace, hotel de Crillon or Park Hyatt Vendome.

It was an incredible stay. From the moment we got there in our taxi to the time we left, it was too notch. Fantastic location. A great experience! Rooms great. Bar was awesome. I would recommend this to anyone. There are too many names to mention but here are a few: Patrice from before I even got there was amazing. Adrian was great while I was there. Manon helped with a few reservations. Leandro was a great manager and a women manager came to me at breakfast to check on my sick son. The 70 year old housekeeper, whose name I don’t know, was great as well. And front desk attendant Mamoun was a pleasure and we ended up going to the PSG football game together too. Great touch sending a picture of our outing and PSG scarfs that my kids loved. The greeting when we got there was great but it took a little too long to get things going (room keys). It might be a New York thing but there was another couple as welll that was getting a little restless (they were from NY too LOL). With that said it was still a very classy welcome with a ton of people helping with bags, a glass of champagne, water, coffee, sitting on couches for the check in and a great smile. Once again my stay was amazing. My family loved it. We highly recommend it!

An amazing hotel and amazing staff. Everyone is so attentive and the mandarin oriental standard is everywhere to be seen and felt. Truly worths a visit. And we are definitely coming back in the future. The location of the hotel is perfect and it’s easy to get around.

We spent three night at the Mandarin Oriental Paris and had a marvelous time. Absolutely everyone overwhelmed us with a high sense of hospitality. Starting from a smooth and comfortable check in experience up to great dining experiences at Camelia restaurant. The room was spacious and clean. Our absolute highlight in the bathroom was the walk in shower. 😅 Last but not least due to the central location we had the chance to explore the city conveniently. Once again thank you for the fantastic memories created and we would be happy and grateful to stay with you again, should our travels bring you to Paris again.

I've lived delight moments during my stay. All the staff was warm and professional; as soon as I've received the warm welcome from the bellman and from the front desk I felt like at home. Great drinks and atmosphere at Bar 8, fine dining at Sur Mesure and great breakfast at Camelia; my stay was simple perfect. I would like to thank you all the employees of Mandarin Oriental Paris for the amazing moments.
