The hotel is conveniently located near Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. The front desk staff was very friendly. You had to hand in your room key upon leaving the hotel, and you had to ring the doorbell to enter, which made you feel very safe. The in-room safe was very secure, and the coffee machine provided free coffee daily. The room was very quiet at night. Overall, this was a nice hotel and I would stay again. However, one drawback was that the shower gel and shampoo contained the same ingredients. Ladies are advised to bring their own shampoo and conditioner.

The room has everything needed for the two of us. It's spotless and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good and fresh. The most important thing is that it's very convenient to go anywhere. There is also a very nice Sichuan restaurant nearby. The service at the front desk is excellent. Everything is in English with no communication barriers.

Madison, front desk, is very nice and lovely, very helpful. We are very much impressed by her hospitality. The room is very clean, big enough, offering tea and coffee, next time, we will still chooice to live here.

1.前台小姐姐人美心善，給我們一間帶院子的房間，孩子可高興了。而且每一樣事情都交代的很清楚。服務態度是真好，每天進出都很禮貌地打招呼。
2.酒店很安全，出酒店要交門卡，進酒店要到前台取卡，進出要按門上按鈕，這讓我們出門在外特別有安全感。
3.酒店位置特別好，離巴黎春天步行導航三四分鐘，離老佛爺七八分鐘
4.酒店房間內外環境佈置都很好，很法式，房間也沒有很小，把凳子和小桌子挪開，兩個28寸和一個25寸的箱子打開平鋪在床尾完全可以。
5.按照掛牌打掃衞生，人性且乾淨衞生。
6.早餐沒有嘗試，因為從英國過來，實在不想吃西餐了，下次如果有機會一定還會再來，也會推薦給朋友的。
